Great for all ages! There are some seats where you can sit if you have a mobility issue. You can stay pretty dry in certain spots or get drenched if you want. But the ponchos are wonderful and helpful. Best time to go is during the week and earlier in the day. Saturdays end up having long waits in line. They also allow pets!

Our guide Joel was very informative on our guided tour. Even though we felt rushed at times (walked a little too fast for those who could not), he made sure everyone he didn't loose anyone. The boat ride gave us a beautiful view of all 3 falls. The cold, windy and wet conditions didn't take away from the experience.

Booked the maid of the mist boat tour and they changed an hour before to something else. Would not recommend this company, $54 boat ride switched for a $23 cave of the winds. Asked for a partial refund and was denied.

We had a great time! Rickie was great with my son and he was shocked that he knew about Sturgeon fish in the river and falls. We loved it!

My husband and I had an incredible experience at Niagara Falls. We ended our trip with the Maid of the Mist tour with Jacob as our guide. Jacob’s enthusiastic, positive and personal manner made the tour even more spectacular! The experience of the Maid of the Mist boat ride was absolutely breath taking!!

If you are ready this abs wondering if you should do the Niagara Falls boat tour, YES YOU SHOULD!! It was only $30.25 per adult and we bought our ticked and were in the boat in less than 15 minutes. I would say from ticket purchase to exiting the boat was approximately an hour total I believe. AND I myself barely got wet. We were in the front of the boat in the left hand corner. The key is not to be the first row of people. They take the direct hit. Ha ha. We laughed and had the best time. Would absolutely do it again in a heart beat. It truly is the best way to experience the Falls.
