Our expert guide will lead this walking tour, past the city's main landmarks including the Barracca Gardens, main squares and characteristic streets. In just two and a half hours you will see and learn about Valletta 's more known buildings and its hidden charms at a comfortable and enjoyable pace.
During this walk you will learn how it all began, how the city evolved through the centuries and about the events which shaped Valletta into the city that it is today.
This is an ideal tour for first time visitors which will give you a good insight into Malta's history and orient you to other sites you would like to discover during your stay. Groups are limited to a maximum of 25 persons to ensure a pleasant experience and headsets are provided to provide more flexibility.

Walk along Valletta main street along which one finds the New Parliament Building, Opera House and stunning palaces dating back to the epic time of Knights
Upper Barrakka Gardens
Admire the stunning views from the terrace of the gardens over looking Malta's Grand Harbour

4.00The lady who was our tour guide was born and bred in Malta and obviously knew her stuff. She was very informative but we had to break off due to other commitments after an hour and 45 mins...but the time we did spend with her was excellent aided by an efficient sound ear piece system so we could hear her clearly and from a good distance away.
