Karl was an absolute superstar. He brought Valletta, its history, its architecture and – especially – its food to thrilling, enchanting life. We’ve gone on many walking tours over the years, from the US and throughout Europe and none of them have come close to this phenomenal experience. It is the perfect way to get an unrivaled “taste“ of Malta’s rich culinary tradition. Just GO!!!!!

Our food tour in Valletta with Karl was absolutely fantastic! The combination of amazing historical information and authentic Maltese food made this such a special experience for our family. Many of the dishes reminded us of the food my mother and grandmother used to make, which brought back wonderful memories and made the tour even more meaningful. Karl’s passion, knowledge, and storytelling truly brought the history and culture of Malta to life. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Malta!
