Visited 4 cellar Doors and Wicked cheese shop. Garren our driver/operator was fantastic. Great knowledge of the wines and the region. Each cellar door we were greeted and treated exceptionally well. Wines tasted were great and loved the cheeses. Very nice lunch at Puddleduck.

This was a fantastic day out. To start with Daniel was a great tour guide, his energy and attitude was warm and welcoming. Not only was he lovely but his knowledge of the wineries and the area was great, and he spoke with passion. The wineries we went to were a great mix of older and newer wineries. The service we received at each was also of a very high standard. The lunch at Puddleduck was delicious too. Such a great day, highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice day out with delicious wines.

Had a great time on this tour. Everything from booking to the day itself was well organised and well done. The selection of wineries was perfect ... had something for everyone. My favourite was Nocton. The pace of the day, amount of driving, etc, was really good and able to see a bit more of Tasmania. Garren, our guide for the day, was extremely knowledgeable about wines in general and those at the winery we visited and made the day really enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Today’s wine tour from Hobart was a perfect ending to our Tassie getaway! Daniel was a friendly & helpful guide with lots of knowledge about the area & wineries. We were picked up on time and visited 4 wineries plus a cheese shop. All the cellar door tastings were varied & featured a large selection of wines. We also enjoyed a tasty lunch board with dessert at Puddleduck Vineyard. We were a group of 5 and everyone was friendly! The tastings were not rushed & there was time to take photos too. Wonderful day!

We had an excellent day with Guarin on the Valley of Vino tour. Visited some picturesque wineries, tasted some delicious wines and food (including cheese and honey tasting), visited the historical village of Richmond - what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

The 8-hour tour of Coal River Valley visited 4 wineries and a cheese factory, plus a drive through Richmond and a photo stop at the famous sandstone bridge. A highlight was the individual lunch platter featuring local cured meat, cheese, bread, relish, and pickles - delish. There were about 30 different cool climate wines, including sparkling, white, rose, red, and desert, so something for every wine drinker's palette. The wines at Nocton, Puddleduck, Pressing Matters, and Derwent Estate were all excellent, and the Wicked Cheese was also a standout. The luxury bus held up to 10 guests and was very comfortable. Our tour guide, Garren, provided an interesting, informative, and entertaining commentary throughout the day. Highly recommended day trip from Hobart.

This was the best and most personalised wine tour we have been on. Garren had so much information about the vineyards and quirky facts about the region. We highly recommend to book with Ageing Barrels for a wine tour in Hobart.

Best tour hands down. The most knowledgeable and passionate tour guide you could ask for takes you to a generous number of wine tastings. Seriously a must book in Tasmania.
