Appreciated willingness to answer questions. Would have welcomed more running commentary while traveling in the van

The Valparaiso/Viña Del Mar day trip was really wonderful! Our guide, Benjamin, and our driver, Oscar, were both fantastic. Ben was super informative and is very knowledgeable on the street art! The pace was great, and all the stops were very nice. I particularly enjoyed the winery where we stopped on the way back. It was a really lovely spot and better than the winery that we visited on another tour.

Fantastic day with Edu and Gaudi! Great way to get a taste of the coastal and wine regions near Santiago. Edu in particular was so generous with sharing knowledge about the country, its history, and the sights we visited. Gaudi drove us safely and smoothly for the whole day and was also very friendly and professional.

Honestly, I was disappointed with this tour. Valparaíso is an incredible place to explore, but this itinerary does not do it justice. Far too much time is spent in Viña del Mar, which is an unremarkable city and could easily be skipped altogether. The first stop was a tourist trap wine shop. It worked as a bathroom break, but we spent far too long there. This was followed by multiple stops around Viña del Mar, which added little value to the day. We spent only about 2 hours in Valparaíso, and roughly one hour of that was taken up waiting for and eating lunch at a restaurant. As a result, the visit felt rushed, with very little time to actually explore the city. The winery stop in Casablanca on the way back was enjoyable and the highlight of the tour, but it did not make up for the overall experience. Valparaíso is a fantastic city and worth visiting, but I would recommend choosing a tour that focuses on it properly rather than spending most of the day in Viña del Mar.

Benjamin is an excellent tour guide. We appreciated his knowledge and his humour. Carlos expertly maneuvered the traffic and got us everywhere on time.

Highly recommend this fantastic day trip and hope you’re lucky enough to be booked with Pablo ( our guide) and DJ Jose (our driver). Expertly navigated streets from Santiago to the colorful Valparaiso and back accompanied by classic tunes made the whole ride smooth and enjoyable. Our guide Pablo shared his love for his country through stories, pictures, a walking tour, tips and recommendations all with so much energy and passion it was hard to not fall in love with this country. I’d definitely do again on next visit. Such a great day!!!

Fernando made this visit into a really great day. Lots of interesting information, and plenty of graffiti, and colourful houses to admire. Great empanada lunch stop and interesting galleries. Then some tasty wines to sample at Casablanca

We had a fantastic day on our tour with Benjamin and Carlos! We had limited time in Santiago so this was a good option for seeing lots of things in one day trip. First we went to Vina del Mar and stopped off at some key sights there. Then we headed to Valparaiso for a walking tour - Ben was a brilliant guide and had lots of interesting stories and facts for us. A table had been reserved for us to have lunch. The food was great and we probably wouldn’t have come across the place without Ben’s recommendation. It was a good opportunity to try fresh fish following the earlier morning visit to the fish market. On the way home we stopped at Casas del Bosque to try two of their wines. It would have been nice to try a few more but we already did so much. I highly recommend the tour - it is good value for money and Benjamin was excellent. We appreciated him allowing us all to ask questions and taking the time to recommend other things for us to do in Santiago. Shout out also to Carlos who kept us all safe and made everything run smoothly!
