This is the perfect way to get last minute tickets. I forgot how to read a colander and booked tickets for the wrong day. The price was higher than going straight through the museum but it was a lifesaver.

Do not use Viator, it's messy and complicated. All that's required given the choice of day/time etc. is the ability to print off tickets. This was not provided. Not everyone has a mobile phone.

The tickets were cancelled on the day and I am still trying to get a response from the website about a refund. So far no response after two emails. If no response today I’ll assume it’s a scam website.

I need support! My tickets were cancelled, I was not refunded and I can't talk to anyone on Trip. Do not respond to contact.

I’ve been to Van Gogh exhibits before but this one is different. It’s not just about his art but his life. I opted for the audio tour and found it to be very informative. I’d recommend booking tickets at least a week ahead. It was super crowded but the museum is spacious with lots of sitting room and also several cafes. There are also free lockers available to store bulky bags, etc.

The museum is very beautiful with plenty of van Gogh paintings. Booking is overpriced!

I booked mainly because everyone says it's a must-see attraction. Honestly, I expected it to be overrated. Instead, I left impressed by both the collection and the way everything was presented.

Amsterdam can be busy, so spending a few hours in the museum felt like a peaceful break from the crowds. The atmosphere inside was relaxed and enjoyable.

I'm not someone who usually visits museums, but this one kept my attention from start to finish. The audio guide explained things in a simple way and made the experience enjoyable.

You see photos of these paintings everywhere, but standing in front of them is completely different. I spent much longer in that room than I planned. One of my favorite memories from Amsterdam.
