The hop on hop off bus is a great way to see the city and find locations you like to go back to visit. The Vancouver bus is fully covered, which helps when it’s raining.

There was only one stop that was interesting to us. Stanley Park was amazing and definitely worth the stop. You could spend an entire day there. The rest of the stops were shopping/restaurants with a ton of time spent stuck in traffic. I would recommend just taking public transportation to Stanley Park. It wasn’t really worth the $100 we spent for the two of us.

Sherry (like the Spanish Wine) was the star. She was having a crap morning with the bus not raising and another motorist hitting the side of her bus but she powered on like nothing happened. What a star!!! Mum and I were pleased to see that when we got back on at Granville Island, it was Sherry again with her fantastic commentary. Keep doing what you do lovely lady.

We had Sherry as our driver and guide. Great commentary, much better than the prerecorded commentary on some of the other buses. Sherry was very knowledgeable and articulate, and the sarcasm mode of humour fitted in well. Vancouver was all the more memorable thanks to Sherry.

I booked direct via the app. Easy to use. Able to view bus location, though timing off slightly at times, so get there a little early. All drivers thumbs up but shout out to Sherry.

We have done hop on/off busses in other cities and they have been really great. This one was terrible. It drops you really far from the noted things to see. You dont get ear buds to listen to narration it just plays over bus speakers, so if anyone nearby has a conversation you cant hear it. On our tour it took 40 min for the next bus to come. We then had to transfer busses after waiting 40 min to get back to our start point. On Granville Island there was at least 100 people waiting to get on and we waited through 3 busses because only 5 people were getting off. Just go to Granville Island, Stanley Park, or Vancouver Island or up to Capitalano Bridge park. We did that tour and their shuttles are on-time and very nice. It will be much more enjoyable.

Sherry was an excellent tour guide and driver. Very knowledgeable and humorous. Buses were fairly frequent, so you can see a lot in a day.
