We rode the Big Bus via the recorded tour which was nice. Then Sherry got on to drive and act as a live guide. Sherry was wonderful. Very fun.

Great experience. You can see where you want to go and what to see. Usually you listen to the explanation coming from the radio. The guide Cherry made it special, as she talked and introduced the city herself. Humorous, satirical talk. Lots of good advice, all of which we later used.

Easy and convenient way to see all the best bits of Vancouver and learn a bit of history. Great taped commentary throughout (beware if you get the one and only female driver - she does a live and Very loud commentary).

Limited stops, poorly organized with lots of employees standing around, heavy traffic, over 2 hours to make the trip.

It was a little boring . I had thought they would give information not that recorded message that played

This tour provided very little in the way of historical context. It simply moved through traffic and while it stopped BRIEFLY to allow guests to "hop on/hop off", it did not pause at sites that were being described, but rather kept up with traffic. Very silly recorded dialog that was very difficult to hear since no headphones/earbuds were provided. The very kind driver offered descriptive information, but could not be heard for the chatter from the onboard tourists. The ultimate was when he explained that we should ignore the instructions about the earbuds, since they have not upgraded to that particular system. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

Okay tour of the city. Bought my Viator tix on line. Found young staff at Canada Place stop/sales booth quite uninformed, perhaps new hires. Had 3 different drivers: only one engaged with the tour adding info, facts. Otherwise just listened to the taped commentary. No headphones. Buses arrived at stops in reasonable time period.

Fantastic journey in Vancouver! Sherry, our driver and tour guide, was informative, helpful, considerate and humorous! We were fortunate to travel with her 4 times over our two day booking. Sherry, you helped make our visit memorable! Thanks!

Very poor excursion! No narration 3/4 of the ride! Driver didn’t even announce stops. Then told to exit bus as they had to get another due to announcement system not working. Wasted 2 hours of riding around on a bus not knowing where we were going. Extremely disappointed!!
