Hop-On Hop-Off buses are equipped to accommodate collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Guests may activate ticket in Big Bus app or in person with Big Bus staff at Stop #1, or with driver at any stop along the route
Tickets include four free self-guided walking tours on the AudioMe app. Explore areas beyond the bus route with engaging audio guides covering Vancouver’s history, landmarks, and culture
Winter Season (October-April) - 10 stops with a 35-40 min frequency. Duration or 60 minutes.
Summer Season (May-September) - 14 stops with a 15-30 min frequency. Duration or 120 minutes.

Operating Schedule:Full loop is 90 minutes. Buses depart Stop #1 9:45AM-3:45PM. Frequency is every 30 minutes.

1.00Before booking the ticket on the Viator app it said in the summer (May-Oct) the buses would go every 15 mins. Once I downloaded tickets on Big Bus Tour app, it said every 30 mins. We actually waited 45 mins at Granville Island before a bus came. One of the buses driven by Sherry smelled of urine. Another bus didn’t stop at Chinatown without any warning. I wish we’d just got Ubers to where we wanted to go, it would have probably been cheaper too.

1.00This bus tour wasn’t much more than what you’d get from a city bus for $2.50. There didn’t seem to be any special attention paid to actually seeing anything interesting or enticing enough to want to step off the bus. Highlights were being mostly stuck in traffic in the city center with the intermittent pre recorded narrative chirping in every 10 minutes or stopping at a highway underpass on Granville Island. This is probably my 5th city where I’d used the Big Bus and all of the others were so much more.

1.00This bus tour was a complete disaster and total waste of money. The bus had no AC and very hot on a sunny day. There was no narrative about the sights or even any announcement at each station stop. There are too few buses so we waited at one stop for an hour to get on a bus. Traffic is very heavy and travel is very slow. Sadly I bought a two day ticket.
