Hop-On Hop-Off buses are now equipped to accommodate collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What To Expect
Duration:1 hour 30 minutes
Operating Schedule:Duration of route is 90 minutes. Hop-On at any stop along the route. May through September: First tour starts around 8:45am, last pick-ups of the day start at 5:00pm. Frequency is every 20 minutes. October through April: First tour starts around 9:45am, last pick-ups of the day start at 3:15pm. Frequency is every 60 minutes. (Schedule and frequency is subject to change.)

5.00Very fun and exciting trip! Nice and fun professional captains. Good snacks! Small group was worth it. It is a little difficult to find the pier. Have to walk in between 750 and 760 Pacific and you will see more signs to the pier.
No AC in 2 seperate buses

3.00While the drivers and check-in teams were very nice, there were no live docents to give the color commentary, history and personal insights that we have come to expect on a Big Bus tour. We only had pre-recorded tracks that mostly pushed stores to visit and long bewildering silences as we wondered what we were passing by. Nothing about the amazing architecture or insights into what is an amazing city. BB needs to take a lesson from Philadelphia, San Francisco and Savannah to name a few of our past BB experiences. The only "plus" for our group was a nice bus and we didn't have to navigate the traffic and parking.
