Hop-On Hop-Off buses are now equipped to accommodate collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What To Expect

Downtown Route

Duration:1 hour 30 minutes

Operating Schedule:Duration of route is 90 minutes. Hop-On at any stop along the route. May through September: First tour starts around 8:45am, last pick-ups of the day start at 5:00pm. Frequency is every 20 minutes. October through April: First tour starts around 9:45am, last pick-ups of the day start at 3:15pm. Frequency is every 60 minutes. (Schedule and frequency is subject to change.)

Enjoy the ride as it was fun and Sherrie makes the journey enjoyable. Interesting fact about the city of Vancouver and with Sherrie’s humorous imagination take on the past was quite entertaining. Laughter makes people engaged, keep up the good work Sherrie, you’re awesome.!

There are different tour guides because it is a jump on and off type tour and there are different drivers who pick up and drop off. One of our tour drivers was Sherry and she was excellent. She was engaging and informative and sprinkled in some humor. Another driver could not speak English and played a recording of highlights between our stops. Sherry made the difference!

Sherry was a fabulous live tour guide who we spent two days with riding around and learning about Vancouver. She is entertaining and fun and keeps the tour light! She gives great recommendations. I’ve done this experience in many cities, but none were as good this tour! We did it for two days and could have gone for a third.

Again thankyou tripvisor for giving us a discount!!! The bus was clean and the staff was friendly , if you have the whole day and would like to be comfortable and hassle free we would recommend , we rode the bus 3 times 1st we finish the red lane the whole trip then we went down to the street near the vancouver public library bec we ate at the korean restaurant, and we went to stanley park to BC aquarium . Bec of the comfortable bus and good wifi we took great photos of the city !!

We had purchased a two day pass for the Bef Red Bus hop on hop off in Vancouver. Because of the winter months schedule there was only two buses on the route. This worked fine for us. Our bus driver for our last ride was Sherry and she was absolutely fantastic! She spoke with enthusiasm and knowledge of what she was pointing out. Spencer was also good and went between the guided recording and his own narration. The third man we had never said his name to my recollection. He played the guided recording and didn’t give anything more. We would use this company again but hope that more “Sherry’s” are employees.
