Stop Frequency depends on season. Summer is every 20-30 minutes and Winter is every 60-70 minutes (subject to change)

Select Hop-On Hop-Off buses are now equipped to accommodate collapsible/fold-able wheelchairs, walkers and strollers. This enhancement allows all guests to enjoy our Hop-On, Hop-Off tour. However, note that our vintage blue clear-top buses cannot accommodate mobility aids as they do not have the necessary space and safety features.

2.0Not worth the money! Just take city transport. I was disappointed starting with the customer service reps who have no idea what the actual bus schedule is. Then the bus itself was extremely dirty! How do I have a tour bus where u can barely see out if the windows. If you want dirt and grime in your pics, be my guest. Lastly, because there is no schedule, and the drivers don’t slow down to allow for pics you may as well rent a car and drive yourself around. I want a refund!

5.0Bus was great. The drivers were very informative. Just need bigger signs for the pick up stops as we did not know what we were looking for and also clear instructions to maybe use the live app. A photo of the sign would be good so everyone knows what to look for. Other than that perfect. PS. There is also a timetable for the pick ups. The route is approx a 1 hour circular.

1.0Horrible experience. Could barely hear the recording. Driver was not friendly or communicative. Only took it to one stop and never got back on.

1.0After I raced around Granville Island to make it to the bus stop at the scheduled time, I learned that the bus doesn't follow the schedule. It also takes 60-70 minutes to do a loop, so if you hop off, you need to find something to do for an hour. In the end, I didn't get on the bus and just walked or used uber. A waste of money.
