The walking tour begins at the entrance into Historic Gastown, outside of Buro Coffee at the intersection of Cordova and Water St. A suitable setting for an adventure deep into Gastown's Gothic history!
After venturing down a long forgotten alleyway we arrive at the historic Hotel Victorian to discover how our character's life took shape...and what really happened to them in the Klondike.

Wonderful story telling from a women’s perspective, glad we chose Sara’s ghost as our guide. My 12 year old daughter thought the story telling was powerful and insightful, she also thinks Gastown needs a ‘Birdie’ statue!

Very fun and informative experience. Gave a great history of the early history of Vancouver - both positive and negative. Guide (Amy?) was very passionate and articulate about it.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. It was not just a history tour, but a beautifully executed piece of immersive theatre. Our guide, performing as George Troll (played by Cole), was phenomenal—his storytelling skills, character presence, and dramatic flair truly brought Victorian Vancouver to life. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vancouver who loves a good story and a touch of the macabre. Thank you, George, for an unforgettable evening!
