The trip was fine but bus boarding in Vancouver was not as organized as it could be, noted were able to quickly retrieve a item that we thought was lost on the ferry

The motor coach/ferry transport was pretty seamless. We checked in at the bus station and boarded at the prescribed time without any problems. Our luggage was handed appropriately and we were off! The ride to the ferry was comfortable and took a little over an hour. The bus drove onto the ferry and we exited the bus to go find seating. The ferry was ride calm and many passenger services were available. We returned to the bus after the announcement was made. Exiting the ferry was just as smooth as boarding. The trip to downtown Victoria was a breeze. The bus driver was super courteous and helpful but very difficult to understand (due to a strong accent). Our group had to ask other passengers for assistance in understanding the spoken information.

We left Vancouver without any issues. Sailing on the ferry was good. When we got off the ferry our bus broke down and we had to wait to get another one to collect us. We had limited time to visit Victoria and this lessen it due to our late arrival.

Easy way to get to Victoria! The bus goes right on the ferry, and your luggage is locked in the storage area of the bus. So keep any items you may need for the journey on your person.

If you need to transfer from Vancouver to Victoria, would highly recommend this as the way to travel. The experience of riding the bus you are on going directly on to the ferry without getting off, having your luggage stay locked on the bus while you enjoy the beautiful trip to Victoria and then having an easy bus trip to downtown Victoria was TERRIFIC!
