Fraud! Disgraceful! Both Viator and the service provider. We ordered 4 tickets for the Vatican. We were supposed to receive the ticket on the morning of the visit. Received nothing. The service provider claims to have never received the reservation from Viator. Ruined stay. Now I will have to fight to get a refund. Shameful

Took the family joined the line, no ticket. So looked at my account for a contact number to discover a message saying it was cancelled. Now, you’d already cancelled my other excursion on this day (you ruined the day) but the first one I at least received notification by email or text message in plenty of time. This one, I only found it was cancelled on my account. I’m unsure why you had to cancel as many operators were working. You cannot blame the travel service strike as I made my own way to the city. I’m disgusted in the way you have conducted things. To receive my money back is the least you need to do. I will never ever use your service in the future.

The worst experience ever!!! A real scam!! Four days before the visit, they changed the schedule. On the day of visit, we were forced by the guide to be in queue without reservation! What was scheduled for 17H, we were only able to enter by 18H15!! Requests for explanations to the guide for being in a queue without reservation, when we were paying the tickets, it was a total lack of professionalism, even sending us to shut up that we were making a lot of noise, stating that we were only paying the reservation. We walked in at 18:15, and when it was supposed to start the visit, the guide asked us for more money, because he claimed that if we wanted to see the museums, we had to pay the ticket and radio!! There was a great confusion, and only with the intervention of the head of the Museum, we were able to enter without paying more. A shame and fraud at its highest level. We were a group of 11 people and we were all fooled.

I've reserved with Booking. It was a beautiful experience, the place is overwhelming, full of history. The entrance was fast- passageway 3, the tour is needed time over 2 hours. Our reservation was rescheduled in the same day, but everything was ok. Thanks for Natalia which gave us information within whatsapp. Recommend !

Lost money did not show up or contact us, at the entrance we were told that the QRs we had been sent were not good.

Experience to forget; first of all, I booked on October 30, 2025 for December 29, 2025, at 1:30 pm, TripAdvisor did not allow me to have a better time reservation (earlier); I paid a total of 11 euros for 2 people. I wasn't given any tickets until 12/28/12, where the time was moved to 2pm, and where I found out that the "real" ticket price was 20(admission)+5 euro(booking) each; TripAdvisor takes 120% of its own earnings which I consider SCANDALOUS, SHAME ON YOU! Moreover, it is impossible to visit the Vatican Museums in a single day, it will be; the case that (as at the British Museum, for example) tickets that are valid for at least 2 days are made available.

At the entrance some confusion and impossible access for those who have baby cars. The content displayed, of course is fantastic.
