Our guide Julianna was excellent. I’d give her and her knowledge 5 stars. I’m not sure we would have been able to navigate the museum without her given the crowds. Unfortunately the overall experience was lacking due to the headsets that would not stay on, did not work at all for my children and continually shorted out. In addition, the Vatican itself was completely overrun. So many people packed in, hot, loud, the guards urging you to keep moving. We walked by so many masterpieces very quickly it would have been nice to stop and admire them.

Great Guide! The tour left on time, our guide was informative and easy to understand. I was my 20yr old and 22yr old children and we all felt like it was a worthwhile tour, one which we learned a lot from . Would recommend

First the meeting place is down the alley at the Michelin sign. Don’t go into the one on the street as it’s a different company. This tour helped navigate long lines and provide audio equipment. We only had 5 in our English speaking group. Very Knowledgable guide Chiara, but still very crowded in museum and Sistine Chapel. Lots of standing, stairs and ramps. Overwhelming amount of artifacts and art. More gift shops exiting than Disney. On exit Grap an uber outside as taxi’s overcharge.
