Vatican City is beautiful and a must see! Our guide, Giuliana was not personable, engaging or entertaining. There were only 4 small groups and no one was introduced. Guiliana didn’t chat while we waited in security lines and was just scripted the rest of the tour. At one point, I had to step away to get my daughter out of the heat as she started to feel ill. Guiliana demanded our headsets back immediately, never asking if my teen was ok. She was rude to the rest of my family and didn’t bother to wait even 5 minutes for us. Guiliana didn’t point out the water filling station or the bathrooms. It was hard to understand as the headsets weren’t great and she spoke fast with an accent. The skip the line ticket was great, however the “guided tour” was a complete waste of money.

I didn't like it The guide at the beginning gave several interesting information, but he was talking a lot of time, if lost in time and we lost a lot of walk, because then ran a lot and gave no time for anything

The tour was typical of all tours. It was efficient and we got in on time to see the museums. The negative I have was for the tour guide. She was nice and very knowledgeable however she spoke so low that I could barely hear and understand her. When she got the microphone, her voice still didn’t carry and she was having trouble speaking into the microphone. It is a shame because she was very knowledgeable and nice and I really wanted to hear what she had to say.
