AMAZING! This is the only way to see St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace. ARRIVE 15 minutes early to make sure you find your guide under the clock tour. The big white and blue building with a giant clock on it. You get to move at your own pace. You go into St. Mark’s at 11 sharp. They light up the mosaics at 11:30-12:30 and WOW 😍 Stick towards the back till they light them up and be AMAZED! Walk through the Basilica and GO TO THE MUSEUM AT THE END. It is not include in this ticket, but is worth the extra $10 per person. There’s a QR code to scan and purchase tickets from. You go upstairs to see ancient pieces of art and structure. Get an up close view of the mosaics lit up with all of their glory. Walk to the UPSTAIRS balcony and overlook St. Mark’s Square. I cannot describe the beauty or emotion my wife and I experienced. Remember, MUSEUM TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED, but you can purchase them at the end of the regular tour via QR code or purchase before if you cannot get reliable cell reception. Doge’s Palace was every bit as amazing as the Basilica. The history, the art, the MID-EVIL WEAPONS! Have you seen a suit of armor up close? Have you seen centuries old art and sculptures? Words don’t come close to describing the magnificence of Doge’s Palace. IMPORTANT NOTES - Make sure you SELECT THE OPTION WITH BOTH St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace if you want to see both. The people complaining on here didn’t select the right option and that’s on them. It so sad petty people cant take responsibility for their mistake. It’s not hard - CLICK THE RIGHT OPTION. - Arrive early. St. Mark’s square can get very crowded and you need to find your tour guide. They will be under the clock tower which is a big blue and white building with a big clock in the middle of it. They were near the cash exchange business. - BE EARLY! They cannot wait past 11. So if you can’t get there in time, thats on you (especially if you read this review). - Message them on whatever app you booked through and ask them to call you if you are having trouble finding your guide. We had a hard time because it was graduation day for the university, and they called us making it very easy to find. - The bad reviews on here are because of visitor error, not the tour company. It’s really sad they have such a bad rating because this is the best way to see St. Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace. It’s also sad that they think writing a bad review will hurt the company. Karma will catch up to them. - I took the time to write this review because I want you to have the best experience possible. My wife and I spent one full day in Venice and we were so happy we spent our day doing this. We spent 3 hours at St. Mark’s Basilica and 2 hours at Doge’s Palace. We would’ve spent longer at Doge’s Palace but we had a gondola tour scheduled and had to leave. If you took the time to read this far, I hope you have a flippin’ blast! My wife and I did, and we highly HIGHLY recommend it.

Does not deliver what it promised. You don’t get access to both only the church part. Even tour guide said this is a false promise

The meeting place was very easy to find and the 2 coordinators were nice and friendly. I thought it was unorganized and confusing to download an app in order to show a voucher for tickets to Doge’s Palace. It was not clear where we had to go to redeem the voucher for the tickets for Doge’s. While trying to save data and navigate the crowds to find out what to do, I had to call customer service to get the answer. For the amount of money charged for this “audio tour” I expected it to be a little simpler. Had I known, I would have just bought the tickets myself.

Terrible experience. Far overpriced compared to purchasing through the website of the museum and the basilica. Tickets are very misleading and don’t include everything the advertised. Must read very small print over and over again as certain places suggest basilica is included. Would not recommend

We booked at 7 p.m. the night before for an early morning entry to St. Marks. Everything went smoothly. The communication was excellent. And our contact handled everything. It was a simple and easy experience.

The Palace is Excellent and definitely worth a visit. This operator sends you a ticket voucher rather than an actual ticket. We were sent to the front of the line with our voucher, but still needed to go through the ticket queue to actually enter the Palace. We had no issues with this booking, but there are probably alternatives available at a lower price or improved convenience.

Was refused entry to the palace at my time of arrival that I booked even though I presented the “voucher” that was given to me in my email. The ticket officer was going to turn me away but I ended up buying the €30 ticket there which was considerably cheaper that the over €100 I spent here for two tickets to just the palace. Save your time and money and buy direct.

I visited the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica on my own, it was truly a beautiful experience. The details, the mosaics, the atmosphere… everything was incredible. Venice truly has something magical about it.
