If access is restricted due to private events inside St. Mark's Basilica and/or Doge's Palace, we cannot be held responsible. This is a situation beyond our control. No refund will be issued.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather (heavy rain, strong wind, high tide) conditions that prevent the gondola ride from taking place or any operational or safety reasons beyond our control it may be substituted for another experience, but no refund will be provided.
Due to the religious nature of sites on this tour, all individuals (regardless of gender) must cover their shoulders and knees. It is acceptable to bring extra coverings to put on just before entering a holy site. Walks cannot be responsible for anyone denied entry.
This tour is non-refundable. All guests must supply their full name that matches a valid ID at the time of the booking. Should you fail to provide these, your reservation will be canceled. Name changes are not permitted.

5.00We had a great day in Venice with our guide Valentina S. We did the walking tour of Venice, Doge’s Palace and St. Marks Basilica. She had a wealth of knowledge about the city’s history and the sites we visited. It’s a six hour tour but she incorporated plenty of breaks and still kept everything on time. If you’re thinking about taking this tour, I highly recommend it and ask for Valentina S. She was fantastic.

5.00All the top sites in Venice in one day. Our guide Mose was a joy. He clearly loves Venice and is happy to share his very extensive knowledge of the city and its history. Despite doing "all the sites" we didn't feel rushed at all. The pace of the tour is perfect, with breaks and clear meeting places/ times. This tour is a good choice for the main sites and allows for more leisurely exploration on other days. Would absolutely attend another tour with Mose in the future.
