Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.

Apostoli • Rialto • San Silvestro • Ca' Rezzonico • San Vio, Trinita • Accademia • S.Marco, S.Zaccaria • S.Maria Elisabetta • Sant'Angelo and Hotel Dei Dogi (for guests staying in this hotel, Residenza Cannaregio or Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente). The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

5.00A little disappointed to is time. Driver went around the city and dropped us off first. They usually drive us through the city and drop us off last. We really missed seeing the beautiful city.

5.00Relatively easy to find in the airport. It is one level up from arrivals at window number 71, then a 5 min walk right to the boat. They only drop you off on the grand canal so a bit of walking is needed if you are booked inside Venice.

5.00The transfer was well organised and the staff were pleasant. We were one of the last stops near San Marco, which meant that we got to see some of the sights on our way to our hotel. Would definitely recommend.

3.00It was difficult to find the organization that would change our voucher to tickets for the water taxi. Viator didn’t send the information and people at the Venice airport didn’t know. It took us almost an hour going to different places until we found the right window. Very frustrating. Viator should send an email with the name of the tour group that takes their vouchet

5.00Transfer was quick and easy! Once you get out of customs on the ground floor, go up to floor 1, past security, and Desk 71 is right before you head to the docks. It was a snug fit with the rest of the group on the boat, but nothing too bothersome. The driver was friendly enough and got us to where we needed to be. Would recommend!

4.00It was good. We walked all the way to the boat area following the water transport signs but then realised the desk was before the automatic walkway. We then had to walk back 10 min to the desk and the. 10 min back to the water. But we should have read the instructions but a desk at the water would be good.

5.00Very easy and well organised. Go to 1st floor at airport and follow signs for dock/water taxis and desk 71 is right at the end. Check in and wait in seated area opposite until called by name.

1.00Poor experience, we specifically booked to go to our hotel but then told this was not possible & had to walk from San Marco pier . On arrival at office 71 told a 10 min wait & then waited 30 minutes . Disappointing experience
