The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

4.00Desk #71 was hard to find. The direction is not quite detailed like what floor is it or if we have to take an elevator & where exactly it is located quite confusing. Other than that it was a pleasant smooth ride, our driver was great!

5.00We had a dinner reservation and our next shared boat would leave late. However, our guide managed to place us to the next available boat, providing excellent service! But if you don’t want to wait for anyone, private taxi (not shared) is recommended.
