Apostoli • Rialto • San Silvestro • Ca' Rezzonico • San Vio, Trinita • Accademia • S.Marco, S.Zaccaria • S.Maria Elisabetta • Sant'Angelo and Hotel Dei Dogi (for guests staying in this hotel, Residenza Cannaregio or Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente). The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

5.00We had a fantastic experience with the Water Taxi transfer from Venice Airport to the city center. The entire process was incredibly easy and very well organized from start to finish. They grouped passengers efficiently, which made everything run smoothly without long waiting times. The journey itself was a highlight — arriving in Venice by water taxi is absolutely beautiful and such a memorable way to start your trip. We were dropped off very close to our accommodation, which made things even more convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a smooth and scenic transfer into Venice.

5.00Lovely to arrive in Venice at a reasonable cost. We had a short wait (15 mins) before leaving the terminal. We shared the ride with two other couples and it was a comfortable experience. We were delivered right outside our hotel though it would be advisable to check this in advance.

4.00Once we found the service desk, it was smooth sailing from there. At the time of our travel we found them at service desk 71 on level 2 of the airport. The desk recently moved from level 1 to level 2. The gentleman at the service desk was very kind and our driver was great. We took the boat to Rialto.

5.00A little disappointed to is time. Driver went around the city and dropped us off first. They usually drive us through the city and drop us off last. We really missed seeing the beautiful city.

5.00Relatively easy to find in the airport. It is one level up from arrivals at window number 71, then a 5 min walk right to the boat. They only drop you off on the grand canal so a bit of walking is needed if you are booked inside Venice.

5.00The transfer was well organised and the staff were pleasant. We were one of the last stops near San Marco, which meant that we got to see some of the sights on our way to our hotel. Would definitely recommend.

3.00It was difficult to find the organization that would change our voucher to tickets for the water taxi. Viator didn’t send the information and people at the Venice airport didn’t know. It took us almost an hour going to different places until we found the right window. Very frustrating. Viator should send an email with the name of the tour group that takes their vouchet

5.00Transfer was quick and easy! Once you get out of customs on the ground floor, go up to floor 1, past security, and Desk 71 is right before you head to the docks. It was a snug fit with the rest of the group on the boat, but nothing too bothersome. The driver was friendly enough and got us to where we needed to be. Would recommend!
