The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

1.00It was absolutely terrible tonight, your incompetent driver dropped us off in and completely opposite area of where we were going. We thought we could trust a viator operator but he completely left us in the wrong place. We had to overcome his incompetence by figuring out the taxis, crossing Bridges and doing it with three suitcases each. We have requested a refund and expect it to be in our account within the next 5 days. If I hadn't had good experiences with viator in the past, I would definitely not be a customer anymore. 10:30 at night, in the dark, three suit cases each, left in a foreign country, completely across the island...the whole point of us purchasing a viator tour (late) transfer was to this alleviate this type of situation. And by the way, once we figured out this convoluted area, we found that the map that the tour representative at the airport gave us showed they were dropping us off between stops, not even an organized dock. Check out the pictures, on Venice it is well farther than the pictures show... look it up on Google... I expect the refund ASAP!

3.00We had a horrible time finding DESK 71 - for some reason we thought it was at the end of the walkway - it was neither upstairs or downstairs - many walks back and forth - people there were not helpful - finally I called and she told me it was BEFORE the walkway
