We waited over 45 minutes after the boat was supposed to leave and the driver was mildly unpleasant at best. He took no care with our luggage almost throwing the other peoples suitcases on top of ours. You pay a premium for a quicker alternative to public transport but it feels seemingly not worth it after this shameful experience

I had to cancel and no listening to the claimant for a refund. We even asked for a credit card to buy something else... no listening to the provider!!!

Great alternative to the train or the taxi boat. Brought straight to St Marks square and a short walk to our hotel.

My daughter and I used the shared water taxi to travel to our hotel. It was foggy when we arrived therefore we travelled by car then water taxi. Transfer was smooth, it was our first time in Venice and my daughter was a little nervous communication was great any questions prior to travel were answered right away. Staff were absolutely fantastic. We were dropped right at outside our hotel. We had a lovely experience. I will use again for our next visit to Venice.

We used the 'shared water taxi' option both to and from Marco Polo airport to the Venice Lido and also the return trip. It was very easy ! This time we booked through Get Your Guide, as they seem to have cornered the market, previously we had booked by Veniceconnected. Both trips were a breeze. We arrived at Desk 71 at the airport and the group then set off for the taxi. On the return trip we went to the landing stage just along from the main vaporetto stop and, shortly after the appointed time the taxi arrived. It is a great way to travel from the airport and vastly cheaper than booking a personal water taxi !!! Recommended

Easy to find, quick and perfect ride into Venice. Dropped outside hotel. Going to book for return. Sun was shining, nice and warm inside. Took about 30 mins or so to get to hotel.

Hard to find the desk but the ride was enjoyable. The driver did not talk or point anything out. Took us within minutes of our hotel.

Best way to arrive in Venice from the airport! Much cheaper than hiring a water taxi individually but the same experience.
