Very easy and very efficient. We just followed the green signs that said water Taxi. It was about a 10 minute walk very easy. the boat driver., was pleasant. I’m very organized. I highly recommend this way to get to your hotel from the Venice airport.

Excellent. Provided just what we hoped for, a relatively quick transfer into Venice and ro see it from the seaside. The weather was also nice which I think made it that much more enjoyable.

I booked a private water taxi through Tiqets for 6 people. I never confirmed with the organization the number of people originally, assuming it was a private taxi. When confirming it was 3 people, Bucintoro Viaggi wanted to charge me more. Then they became unresponsive (Francesco from Customer Service, and Maria Luisa Sacco in Leadership). The more trustworthy service with kinder ownership & customer service is as follows: www.veneziawatertaxi.com. I'd recommend to book through them.

The wait for the water ferry was so long and only small boats run the orange line so it could only take a few at a time.

No signage to show us where to go. Walked for an hour. Asked 10 people for directions. Ended up paying $150 for private taxi. Requesting a credit for not using this service. Absolutely could not find the dock for this.

Very nice operators who helped load the luggage from the airport onto a water taxi style boat. The front desk also offered a map and directions to our hotel.

Incredibly convenient to get to and truly one of those classic Venice experiences you don’t want to miss. It becomes even more beautiful at night, when everything feels calm, clean, and softly illuminated.
