Venice Marco Polo Airport is approximately one (1) hour from Venice.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may attract an additional fee, payable direct on spot.
Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.

The boat stops include: • Piazzale Roma • Carlton • Sabbioni • S.S. Apostoli • Rialto • San Silvestro • Ca' Rezzonico • San Vio, Trinita • Accademia • S.Marco, S.Zaccaria • S.Maria Elisabetta • Sant'Angelo and Hotel Dei Dogi (for guests staying in this hotel, Residenza Cannaregio or Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente). The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

5.00The office is on the first level and then you take a 8 minute walk to boat dock. The boat was comfortable, leather seats and clean. Nice boat. The driver loads luggage at the front of the boat. They stop near your hotel dock.

1.00Had to wait 20 mins to fill the boat up which was'nt too bad but the roof on boat was very claustrophobic and we were packed in? Asked the driver could we take the material roof off and he refused. Overall very disappointing experience when you look at the other speed boats and people stood up at the rear of the boat? It would of actually of cost me a lot less had I just booked a private water taxi for 6 people @ £35 per person = £210 (€235) as I ordered a private boat from the hotel when we left and was €150 and lovely leather seats with a slidable glass roof, so just be careful if your a family travelling together, order a private taxi that meets you when you arrive and you can arrive in absolute style!

4.00A little bit difficult to find desk 71, thought was at arrivals but it’s upstairs. When u find the desk, rest is easy. Boat was too crammed with 13 people and a lot of bags on it. Still better and faster than the bigger boats
Venetian Water Taxi is the best way to travel!

5.00The water taxi was such a great experience and highly recommended! The Google maps to the water taxi check point could definitely be more defined however, it directed us to walk out of the airport and around the building to another entrance, instead of on the 2nd floor.

5.00We had a cancelled flight so we needed to move our transfer from airport to our hotel to the next day and this tour company was very accommodating… transfer was quick too with very little wait. Would definitely use this company again.

2.00Did not take too long to locate the desk at the airport & reception very helpful. After a short wait we were advised to go to pier 8 for taxi number 37. Incorrect - was a different pier. About a dozen people boarded the water taxi going to different hotels - i presumed the driver was aware of where he was going. Short journey into Venice & on to the Grand canal. People were getting dropped off - At one point i spotted our hotel but the driver carried on - again i presumed the driver knew his route. When we were the last 2 people on the boat the driver looked confused & asked why we were not getting off. Explained he had passed our hotel and he started to get angry asking me why did i not tell him , how was i to know ? He kept repeating himself obvously not happy he was having to go back. His attitude was terrible & awful customer service. I rang to complain as this was not the best start to my holiday - but they didn't seem bothered. When we got to the hotel the driver continued with we had a free trip up the canal and no need to pay any extra - The cheek !!! Not a good impression - check everything carefully .

3.00An easy option when arriving. Very helpful service when redeeming voucher to make sure you have correct details of where to disembark. Small boat shared with several other passengers. We arrived in the dark so unable to see any views.
