We got lucky to be by ourselves as a family of 5, smooth easy process. We were dropped off 2 minutes walk to our hotel, awesome!

Easy to find desk in the airport. Length of trip depends on how many stops there are and where you fit into the route. No problems at all.

This worked out well. Our driver was helpful and friendly. Great way to get to our airbnb. The boat was very nice and we were loaded on with our luggage in a very orderly fashion!

Be very specific about the stop you need once you get to Venice. All good, but I was not let off at the stop I required. It left us with a longer walk (with much luggage) to our destination

I booked this online - it was about £34pp. Once at the airport, follow the signs to the water ferry/dock - you go up an escalator, & Desk 71 is at the end of the left. At the desk they asked where we were staying & gave us a map showing where we were being dropped & how to get to out hotel. We waited about 15 minutes & were then taken to the dock with the other passengers. There were 12 of us altogether, but we all got on fine & our cases. The last to be dropped are in first, & sit at the back. Even though we were one of the last to be dropped, the journey took under an hour. We got to travel the canals dropping people off & seeing a bit more of the city by water. At each stop the driver called the name of the passenger so we didn’t have to try & remember where to get off! Great experience & if you can’t afford a private water taxi, but still want to arrive in style, this is the way to go!

Worked out very well to getting us to our ABNB. Having a limited niumber of people was easier than using the public water taxi.

We were one of the last stops (Sant’Angelo) so we traveled for about 45 minutes around Venice, including through the Grand Canal. Our taxi driver was kind and encouraged us to enjoy the views. It felt like a semi-private tour. I would encourage first time visitors to Venice to schedule this as their arrival transportation.

Although you book You have to wait for other passengers which took some time. I would book private transfer next time.

You must validate your ticket at office before proceeding to the pier. If you do not you will be sent back a round trip of 1000m and 20 mins. In addition we waited an hour for a shared boat with 14 people on it. Un comfortable.
