Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.

Apostoli • Rialto • San Silvestro • Ca' Rezzonico • San Vio, Trinita • Accademia • S.Marco, S.Zaccaria • S.Maria Elisabetta • Sant'Angelo and Hotel Dei Dogi (for guests staying in this hotel, Residenza Cannaregio or Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente). The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

5.00A nice way to come into the city!! A smaller excursion and less intimidating. It was a lovely ride! It was around 10-12 people and the boat captain maneuvered getting all of us off and on and bags so expertly. He was so effortless in doing it all!

5.00Our flight was an evening flight and due to arrive just before 9pm. Unfortunately it was delayed by 2 hours and so we were very late arriving into Marco Polo airport. I was travelling with my two small children, so was very worried about getting from the airport to the hotel late at night. I received a call from the lady working on the desk at the transfer company as soon as we had arrived and left the plane. She reassured me she was waiting for us (even though she should have gone home) and gave me instructions to get to the desk. We got there and she was very kind and friendly. She assured me she would find a boat even though it was late and she rang around to do that. She closed the desk and said she would get the boat with us home and walked us down to the docking point. Then we saw the boat and wow what an experience. It was like something out of a James Bond movie. Travelling on a luxury speedboat to our hotel. The lady told the driver where our hotel was and he dropped us off right outside the street where our hotel was. An absolutely amazing and memorable start to our trip and what a relief after the stress of the delayed flight. The lady's name was Ariano. Thank you so much for looking after us that night, Ariano!

5.00It was a great adventure. We were ushered into the boat in the order which we would embark. It was a full load, but we enjoyed talking to other passengers. It was fun zipping through the water yet feeling very safe.

5.00It was an excellent introduction to Venice as you approach the city on the water and stop at several stops as people disembarked. I would emphasize stopping at window 71 in the airport terminal, before walking to the water taxi area, which is a 10 minute walk. We did not understand that as clearly as we should after we got into the airport terminal.
