A bit challenging to find and it seemed like an extremely long walk to the dock. But we got where we needed to go

This was a great way to get to the Hilton Molina Stuckey after a long day of travel. There were six of us on the shuttle - water was quite choppy at times and an older passenger had a very rough time handling it. I think she some medical issues (ribs?) causing her to wince when we bumped a lot. The only trouble we had was finding # 71. It is a desk/stand and I think we thought it was a door so we headed to the docks then had to turn around and go all the way back inside. Do not leave the main area. It is at the end of a hall before get on the moving sidewalk. Maybe it was our fault because we were tired, but those instructions could be more clear.

The water was rough and some passengers looked frightened, but the driver was so experienced he put the group at ease. My 83 but have spent a lot of time on boats. If I hadn’t I not sure I would have done it. Not easy getting on and off. Fun for me.

Arriving late evening with my wife and toddler, we wanted to get to our hotel as quickly as possible to get our child to sleep. The airport signs easily directed us to the water transport location and the desk was easy to find. The staff spoke excellent English and explained the process clearly, including by providing a map for getting from the dropoff point to our hotel. We waited about fifteen minutes before going to our boat, shared with three other groups. The boat driver was helpful and clear, and even suggested stopping at a different dock not normally used to get us to our hotel a little faster. For being much cheaper than a dedicated, not-shared boat, I can't think of anything to make the experience better.
