Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.

The boat stops include: • Piazzale Roma • Carlton • Sabbioni • S.S. Apostoli • Rialto • San Silvestro • Ca' Rezzonico • San Vio, Trinita • Accademia • S.Marco, S.Zaccaria • S.Maria Elisabetta • Sant'Angelo and Hotel Dei Dogi (for guests staying in this hotel, Residenza Cannaregio or Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente). The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

5.00We were one of about six couples on the water taxi and being the fourth off meant we had a free tour of different parts of Venice and its islands and canals. Dropped us at a private jetty for the hotel right on the Grand Canal.

3.00We booked on the basis that we would be dropped at our hotel pier. When we went to the airport pickup desk we were told we’d be dropped at San Marco pier with 2 other groups because the water was too low. We’d then have to drag our bags about 200 meters to the hotel. This is a very different experience to what we were advised. We’ve since seen the same boats dropping at the hotel with the same apparent water level so hard to understand??

1.00Very disappointed in our transfer, they made us wait at the airport 2 hours because they said they needed more people on the transfer. Not our problem if more people didn't book, we shouldn't have had to wait 2 hours and miss out on part of our vacation for that. Never again!!!

5.00What a wonderful way to get where you need to go in beautiful Venice. We had a little trouble finding the meeting point at first, but aside from that everything was excellent. Our driver was fun, kind, and very helpful throughout the trip. We would definitely book again the next time we’re in Venice..
