Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may attract an additional fee, payable direct on spot.
Please note, in case of fog or bad weather conditions the boat service will be diverted via Piazzale Roma by vehicle.
Infants aged 3 years and under travel free of charge. They must be seated in the lap of an adult. No child seats or baby capsules are provided.

The boat stops include: • Piazzale Roma • Carlton • Sabbioni • S.S. Apostoli • Rialto • San Silvestro • Ca' Rezzonico • San Vio, Trinita • Accademia • S.Marco, S.Zaccaria • S.Maria Elisabetta • Sant'Angelo and Hotel Dei Dogi (for guests staying in this hotel, Residenza Cannaregio or Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente). The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

2.00A very smooth airport transfer however, the experience with the boat was poor. Not all suitcases fitted under the drivers canopy therefore a few became very wet due to the spray from waves. Airport staff confirmed drop off point with me and I received a paper map for directions to my hotel. Dropped off at a different terminal without a map or internet phone coverage. Driver notified of error.

5.00Wow! Arrival in Venice, along the Grand Canal, in a speed boat (except in the little canals) Very James Bond! A great way to start your holiday!. The port was easy to access from Arrivals, and we would defo do this next time!

4.00The booking was easy & water taxi easy to find at the airport. Well organized by the company who group people according to drop off dock. Unfortunately our dock was busy & he had to drop off at different spot so lots of dragging cases over cobblestones & up & over 2 bridges. It was hard work & we were exhausted by the time we reached our hotel. Locals probably find it easy because they know where they’re going. I would still recommend using the service
