Well worth the extra cost!! Boat captain was very helpful. Dropped me off as close as he could get to my hotel. And walking to boat was easy. Elevator available to get down to boat dock. A little difficult to find the counter at the Venice airport.

Me and my sisters traveled to Italy. When we finally found the correct desk to work with at the airport, they informed us that the transfer would only take us into the City, not to our final destination. They recommended another option, and that we would be reimbursed for the original one. I would greatly appreciate $138.39 refunded to me at your earliest convenience.

Exciting introduction to Venice. A classic boat ride with a group of people you've never met but all on the same quest for fun. Our homes Man was a gentleman helped us with our luggage and getting us on and off the boat.

Terrible terrible experience. The rep said pickup at 740 am, i said that’s too early, we do not need to be at the airport that early. I asked three times over 2 days via the app and got no response. We attempted to make the 740, but the link to the meeting location took me to the wrong spot so i was late. He said he would come back, which he did and we were thankful for.. until i attempted to board the boat and he actually YELLED AT ME.. in front of people for ruining his “tour”. Do not recommend.

Departure transfer- The water taxi driver was late to pick us up. The Trinita pier was extremely busy- other pick ups, garbage pick up boats, package delivery boats... Second pick up for our shared water taxi was quick but the last pick up- we waited for 15-20 minutes. We almost miss our plane when we finally arrive at the airport from the water taxi. It was extremely stressful. You should allow people to schedule their preferred pick up time to avoid this nerve-racking inconvenience.

Paid $138 for 3 people. When I got to desk 71 at the airport to pick up the tickets found a sign that read $18 per person from the airport to Venice. The Taxi (Boat) driver was extremely rude when he saw how many pieces of luggage (6) I had for 3 people. Even though the number of pieces was OK'd by the Manager at Desk 71.

Straight forward experience. I would recommend having the instructions on how to find the company attached on the reservations.

Easy to book online. The boat holds 10-12 passengers so they will wait until the boat is full. It's about a 10-min walk to the pier from the check-in desk. But our hotel was close to Rialto, so it was perfect! Definitely the easy way to get from the airport to any location on the Grand Canal.
