2.00The water taxi driver was late to pick us up. The Trinita pier was extremely busy- other pick ups, garbage pick up boats, package delivery boats... Second pick up for our shared water taxi was quick but the last pick up- we waited for 15-20 minutes. We almost miss our plane when we finally arrive at the airport from the water taxi. It was extremely stressful. You should allow people to schedule their preferred pick up time to avoid this nerve-racking inconvenience.

4.00I contacted the company letting them know that my VRBO location had changed and a follow up email when I did not receive a response. While waiting at the location provided I called to confirm and was then told the pick up point had changed. Had to hustle across town to make the ride. Never got an email or call.

3.00We arrived safely to the airport. However, we booked for 6 people. The confirmation said 6 people. My tickets were for 6 people. However, when it was time to be picked up, the water taxi was pretty full and the driver said there was only supposed to be 2 of us. I showed him the Viator confirmation, my email and the tickets that all said 6. He has to contact the company and get permission to add us to an already pretty full water taxi along with all of our luggage. It was a very crowded ride. My son had to stand up upfront next to the driver and help keep the luggage from shifting all over or sit on the steps as there was no room for him to sit in the seating area. Thankfully we made it safely but there was clearly a breakdown somewhere.

4.00The company communications were timely, specific, and reassuring. The beautiful wooden water taxi speedboat was on time at the agreed location. We shared the ride with two other groups but we all had plenty of room as we zipped across the lagoon, right to the airport.
