Your transfer will be confirmed immediately, and you’ll receive a travel voucher to show the driver. Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. You’ll receive a final confirmation with your pickup time and location the afternoon before you leave, either at your hotel reception or through the Viator mail system.

1.00The captain was so rough with my luggage he broke both the handle and one corner off the suitcase. Clearly in a foul mood yanking aggressively on the poor thing! Secondly, they only gave acknowledgment and timing for the departure the evening before, after I reached out. Finally, minimum passengers they accept is 2 persons, so as a solo traveler I had to pay for two tickets. Will absolutely not use again and I can not recommend

1.00Many of the reviews on here are not for Alilaguna ferries but for the private water taxis or the Venice island ACTV ferries. This is about the private ferry airport transfer service. Firstly. They say that they are reliable. That depends on your definition of reliable. They seem to run on time but don't expect there to be space on your ferry. About a dozen of us tried to get the ferry to the airport to make our flights but when it arrived it didn't even attempt to pull in. Crew just shouted that it was full and we would have to wait 30 minutes for another one but could not guarantee that there would be space on that one. They didn't seem to care and when I complained to Alilaguna afterwards they just dismissed me saying that it was a ferry and nothing could be done. Fortunately one of our group was fluent in Italian and was able to get a shared water taxi to get us to the airport. If they hadn't and we had relied on Alilaguna we would all have missed our flights. Alilaguna might be ok for getting into Venice when time is not such an issue, but don't rely on them when you have a flight to catch. Moral of the story? Get a bus or a shared water taxi instead

5.00Used from San Marco to Marco Polo Airport. When u book, there was no info about the pick up spot. Messaged operator and they are pretty good at replying. Then its “ Which boat? There are a lot of taxis here “… They said 12.05 departure and a very nice guy found us saying “ I am your driver today “ and showed us to the boat. Return trip was better with 8 people on the boat and pretty fast… Definitely better than other options

1.00Paid €90 and the company failed to send us a pickup time and location. After multiple unsuccessful attempts at contacting them, we had to scramble to find a bus to the airport to make our flight. Total scam. DO NOT BOOK with them! Now Viator is denying a refund?! Will be initiating a claim through my bank. What a nightmare.
