It was great! I love seeing Venice from the boat. It was such a great trip that I will never forget. The boat was fantastic, and the people were great!

The boat was right on time. Yes it’s shareable so there might be a couple stops but it was quick. We were at the airport earlier than we needed to be, so I didn’t feel rushed or panicked. Would highly recommend.

This was by far our worst experience in our 13 day vacation. The water taxi was overbooked and overcrowded. The operator had no regard for passengers' luggage, going as far as standing on the luggage as he maneuvered to dock at the Marco Polo airport. My strongest warning to others: DO NOT BOOK THIS TRANSFER TO THE MARCO POLO AIRPORT WITH VIATOR

As promised, here is my departure review. I don't mind admitting that with a 4am departure and not speaking the language we were really concerned during the week about if we'd get to the airport on time for a 7am flight. We needn't have been. The afternoon prior to our departure we received a letter from this company detailing an accurate time of pickup. Fantastic, really put our minds at ease. Pickup was on time and very smooth. Who could ask for more. If we visited Venice again we'd definitely book this mode of transport again. Magical.
