Your transfer will be confirmed immediately, and you’ll receive a travel voucher to show the driver. Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. You’ll receive a final confirmation with your pickup time and location the afternoon before you leave, either at your hotel reception or through the Viator mail system.

5.00Used the company to organise boat taxi transfer from airport to hotel in Venice and return. I found it via Google originally when researching things to do in Venice. Booked return taxi pick up to and from Marco Polo airport. The whole process was easy to complete and easy to navigate link. I feel it was good value for money, boats were on, time, staff helpful, even when I put wrong pickup time in error and used the chat box it quick easy to use we had a fast response from the team - reassuring and informative. I had a personal call from local representative and the team even emailed the hotel to confirm our pick up times which was amazing. Definitely use the company again. 10/10 thank you

5.00Fantastic classy speedboat type transfer, very warm & comfortable for an early morning airport transfer. Arrived on time and meeting point instructions were clear. Only thing that could be improved was method of communicating the time & place of the pick-up, which isn't done until late afternoon the day before & by email to your hotel rather than your own email. My hotel denied receiving any message & I had to phone the company to find out the arrangements.

1.00The team needs better communication with the customers , I had to get Viator customer agent to call them in order for them to tell me pick up details for the following morning , then the morning of I was supposed to he picked up at 0630 and the clock read 0640 and no one to be found, so I called a number they gave me and a guy answered saying he doesn’t know anything and they have no available boats , finally someone showed up as I was on the phone ; poor communication within the team and with customers

5.00Excellent communication in informing us the afternoon beforehand the time of departure and exact taxi dock next to the Rialto. The water taxi arrived on time and the driver helped us with all of our luggage onboard. The trip to the airport was just over 30 minutes giving us good time to get a meal and drink before our flight home to Manchester.
