5.00A great way to get to Venice. The dock is about 15 mins walk from airport Arrivals. Presented the voucher to the ticket office and boarded the boat. We made a couple of stops to drop other passengers off, but reached St. Marks square in about 30 minutes. Most passengers had carry on baggage so larger cases may be a proble.

3.00It was ok. 12 people with luggage was very tight and there was a risk of loosing a suitcase overboard. Driver was not good at communicating onboarding process and was rude and patronising. Did not deserve a tip!

3.00We were picked up exactly at the time and location they told us; if you request a specific time, however, they will not only ignore your phone calls and text messages/emails, they will tell YOU what time they're coming to get you based on your flight information. So, if you need to visit the VAT refund desk, want to enjoy the first-class lounge before your flight, or otherwise want to arrive at the airport early to ensure you get through security with plenty of time to spare, book a different ride.
