Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. You’ll receive a final confirmation with your pickup time and location the afternoon before you leave, either at your hotel reception or through the Viator mail system.

4.00We were the first to get picked up,then more and some more people, dropping off others too, to a different location. We cruised around Venice before we headed to the airport. It would've been 20 mins if it was a straight shot to the airport from Todaro, but took us at least 1.5 hours after all the pickup and drop off of other passengers. But it was a nice tour of the backyards of Venice. Good thing was that the airport process was smooth and efficient.

2.00We were assigned "Trinita" water taxi pier for a 1040A departure. Very difficult to find on a map and no signage whatsoever. Finally found it and arrived 10Mins early. Apparently the trash boats also use this pier hauling away the trash from the 5 star hotels. In addition it also serves as delivery pier. The water taxis started lining up but couldn't dock so they left. Finally the trash and delivery boat left allowing the water taxis to dock. Some of the group missed their flights and some were late. We left at 1120A This was an absolute joke.

1.00Sadly , we needed to leave earlier than the time that was given us. I tried to change to an earlier time but to no avail. No one was responding to my need to change. Our flight was at 12 and we were given an 8:25 pick up and then 9:25. We wanted to get to the airport and not feel rushed. Security lines were long- custom tax rebate too. Airline said to get there three hours prior. Ended up hiring a water taxi at carbon rialto for additional 150 euro. Not sure I can recommend- We did take transfer from airport to Venice and that was seamless.

1.00If anything goes wrong know the boat drivers will not accommodate and it’s impossible to contact the company. Our pickup location was inaccessible due to city boats and boat driver was incredibly rude.

4.00This was a Shared Water Taxi from Venice to the Airport. There was some confusion as to Exactly where the meeting place was due to a lack of specific information (for a first time traveler). However, the Taxi was at the general area on time and he called out my name to let us know it was the correct vessel. The driver loaded and unloaded the luggage for us. It was a smooth, uneventful trip to the airport. Driver even took our luggage off the ramp into the airport for us. Well worth the money to avoid the crowded Water bus.
