You’ll receive a final confirmation with your pickup time and location the afternoon before you leave, either at your hotel reception or through the Viator mail system.

1.00Poor experience with terrible customer service. We were given a completely different pickup time than booked (4.5 hours before the flight) which was ridiculously early. We weren’t able to make the assigned pickup time as we were in a tour - not to forget we booked a pickup 1.5 hours later. The local provider said a refund can only be provided by Viator, Viator said a refund can only be provided by the local provider. Terrible customer service, money wasted, never again.

3.00I was told to contact Bucintoro Viaggi 24-48 hours before departure to reconfirm or to notify them of any changes in our schedule. I called repeated for 2 days with no success. I was finally able to chat with someone on the Viator app who tied to contact them. They texted them but also got no response. This was just not acceptable. Thankfully we were able to make our flight but barely!

4.00It’s a cheap way to get to and from the airport but it’s also long and boring taking about 75 mins from st marks square. Sweets uncomfy too. If at all possible club together and go on a water taxi. It’s more money but a real thrill not to mention quicker
