Your transfer will be confirmed immediately, and you’ll receive a travel voucher to show the driver. Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. You’ll receive a final confirmation with your pickup time and location the afternoon before you leave, either at your hotel reception or through the Viator mail system.

5.00The aviator app was extremely easy to use to book arrival and departure transfers from airport and hotel. On arrival we were advised that we could be dropped off directly at our hotel, rather than 10 minutes away, which was the nearest option on the app, at no extra charge. Water taxi driver was extremely polite and helpful. Details of our departure transfer were sent 24 hours before we left and I was able to amend our pickup to our hotel, without any problem and again without any additional charge. The water taxi driver was again helpful and polite. I would highly recommend.

1.00The tour operator sent the information to the hotel about our pick-up at 3 pm on the 26tyhe of May. I requested the 4a-8am pick-up because that was the only option based on our flight time. He assigned me a pick-up of 7:40am. (an hour ride allegedly). Our flight was international. This would not give us enough time to get there, go thru immigration and board!!! I called him two times - no answer! The hotel called him - no answer. We got other transportation and it was very expensive. NOT a happy customer and will NOT recommend. I want a refund.

2.00I will not recommend this service company, even Viator could not help with the service. Worst communication and customer service and seems like a tourist trap. I had given them the flight info, my flight was not leaving till 12:30pm. They decided the pickup time to be 7:55am. They did not communicate the pick time to me but sent a message to my hotel receptionist the day prior. I tried messaging them but no response. I called them no response. I messaged Viator and they were not able to get the pickup time changed. On our vacation instead of enjoying nice breakfast at St.Marks Square because of this poor experience I was sitting at the airport 4 hours prior to my flight departure with my luggage. The airline counter doesn’t open 2 hours prior to departure and the airport lounges are after security.. so we were forced to sit at the airport pre security for couple hours with large luggage’s instead of enjoying Venice.
