Your transfer will be confirmed immediately, and you’ll receive a travel voucher to show the driver. Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. You’ll receive a final confirmation with your pickup time and location the afternoon before you leave, either at your hotel reception or through the Viator mail system.

1.00If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid for the “early” pick up (before 0800, an extra $40) and requested 0700 pick up. The company messaged me that they would pick us up at 0810. That didn’t work- our flight was boarding at 1015…. When I tried to arrange the original time I requested, and PAID FOR , crickets. We had to arrange other transport last minute!! Save your time and money and book elsewhere or take the water bus. If I don’t hear from Viator to get my money back, I won’t be using this platform again. Very disappointed.

5.00Easy to book. Transfer came right to our hotel dock and direct to airport in 20 minutes! It was worth it not to drag our bags through the city and board a water bus which would have taken 60-90 minutes on a crowded water bus with your luggage. Highly recommend!
