Relax and enjoy one last view of the city as you’re transported to the airport. To book, please provide your flight and Venice accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed immediately, and you’ll receive a travel voucher to show the driver. Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. You’ll receive a final confirmation with your pickup time and location the afternoon before you leave, either at your hotel reception or through the Viator mail system.

5.00Very easy to utilise.Upon arrival at the airport With yr voucher yu go to the first floor direction to the taxi boat water terminal. Yu will see when still in the airport building on the left the office 71 Bucintoro where yu will show yr voucher. They will ask yu yr hotel and they will show yu where they will drop yu. They will give yu a ticket where is indicate the berth no and the taxi boat number.From there yu carry on quite a long way to reach the water terminal. For the return yu will receive an email to give yu the place of pick up ( the same than the one where they dropped yu on the arrival) and at which time they will pick yu up and the taxi boat number. All went on smoothly and no waiting time
No way to contact Viator to change water taxi time due to emergency illness.

1.00I got food poisoning the night before we left, and had no way to contact Viator to set up a new time for the water taxi. No phone number available to call. We had to pay another water taxi out of our pocket to get us to the airport. Looking to get a refund for this.

1.00Disorganised. We had to walk well over 2 km to pick up the water taxi and then taken back to our hotel where another couple were picked up. Why couldn’t we have done this. They also booked VIATOR !!!!!!!!! At the pick up point we could have paid just €20 euros not the €75 we paid Disgraceful and shoddy organisation and feel ripped off. DO NOT USE VIATOUR

5.00It was our first time experiencing Venice, I came across this transfer by chance and booked. My daughter and I couldn’t fault our drivers, they picked us up from our hotel on time. Communication was fantastic the company emailed our hotel the afternoon before to let us know the plans. Our drivers were welcoming and helpful. It was a lovely way to end our trip! Thank you.
