When it’s time to leave, just hop on a shared water taxi at the boat stop nearest to your hotel in central Venice or Venice Lido (see the itinerary for all 11 stops) at the scheduled time. Relax and enjoy one last view of the city as you’re transported to the airport. To book, please provide your flight and Venice accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed immediately, and you’ll receive a travel voucher to show the driver. Please reconfirm your exact pickup time and location 24-48 hours before your departure from Venice using the contact number on your voucher. You’ll receive a final confirmation with your pickup time and location the afternoon before you leave, either at your hotel reception or through the Viator mail system.

When we arrived in Venice from the cruise port in Ravenna, Viator took care of all arrangements. We were transported directly to the transportation center in Venice and Viator arranged for a water taxi which took us directly to the area of our apartment. For departure for the airport, I assumed that the process would be reversed, with water taxi transfer to the transportation center, and van transport to the airport. To our amazement, and delight, the water taxi itself transported us directly to the airport, where there is a docking station right in the airport! It could not have been more convenient! Communication was excellent and service was superb! We cannot recommend this company highly enough!
