A dark corner, a heart embedded on the wall. In Venice, every detail tells a story; they are all around us, but they reveal themselves only to the eyes of the most attentive observer.
An engraving on the stone, a dark corner, an heart embedded on the wall... In Venice, every detail tells a story; they are all around us, but they reveal themselves only to the eyes of the most attentive observer.
An engaging tour through the narrow, dimly lit alleys, listening to tales of magic, betrayal, and revenge—many are just popular stories, but just as many are events that actually happened

Casa di Marco Polo
In all its long and illustrious history, the city of Venice has probably never produced a more famous or important son than Marco Polo. Born in 1254, he embarked on his famous epic journey at the age of just 17, and would not return to his home city for another 24 years. During this time, he travelled an astonishing 15,000 miles, meeting the famous Kublai Khan and producing the first detailed chronicle of a European voyage to China. His writings were tremendously influential in the fields of cartography and exploration, helping to produce the famous Fra Mauro Map and inspiring Christopher Columbus to set out on his voyage to the Americas. Marco Polo is often named as the greatest explorer of all time.
Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo
This historic square is home to an imposing Gothic church and the Scuola Grande di San Marco, as well as an important 15th century equestrian statue with one of the loveliest Renaissance facades in Italy.

Highly recommend Annalise for your guide. She was amazing. As a native Venetian she give you insights to things about Venice that isn’t in just the tourist areas. She gives great insights and history into Venice and recommends great local spots for food. Highly recommend her tour.

Serena was our guide, and she was very engaging and informative. She gave us the history of famous sites in Venice with ghost stories and murders mixed in. She was really knowledgeable and knew how to tell a good story.
