2.00My sister and I booked this rather expensive transfer ($898.00) total for two, for what we thought would be a transfer with luggage assistance from our Hotel Concordia to the water taxi port, water taxi ride, and then a luxury ride in Mercedes to Port Ravenna. I asked from the beginning if this was a pick up from our hotel, I gave them our hotel name. This company knows where each and every hotel is, we didn’t since we are swim the US! I even verified two days before the transfer date that we will be in our lobby at the dedicated time we requested for assistance and a transfer. Ciprian Bostan responded each and every time and this time still did not tell us that we would have to get ourselves and our luggage over the rugged terrain in St Marks Square to find the water taxi port on our own. We were told that the next day, the day we couldn’t cancel anymore. They were not upfront the whole month prior to the event date. We would have cancelled and got our own water taxi and own car.

5.00We used Private Travel Solution for our transfer from Venice to the cruise port in Ravenna (Porto Corsini), and everything went perfectly. The water taxi picked us up right near our hotel and took us to Piazzale Roma, where the driver was already waiting. The car was clean, comfortable, and had Wi-Fi and cold water — which was great for the long ride. The whole service was smooth and stress-free, and much easier than trying to figure out trains or buses with luggage. Highly recommend this service if you're sailing from Ravenna. It made the start of our trip so much easier.
