Excellent experience. Small group with exclusive access. Guide was extremely knowledgeable, explained the history of the Doja and Cathedral very well.

Nico was very knowledgeable and kind to answer all questions while on the tour. He took his time to explain every detail in both Basilica San Marco and Doge Palace. Other travelers should note that the tour is over three hours with one 20 min snack/bathroom break and mostly standing up. We learned so much from Nico on this tour and we would book with him again.

Booked this tour on-line. Night tour of St. Marks and Doges palace was to 1 and 2 things to see in Venice. Our guide (Franco?) was the best. Highly recommend this tour, which is limited to about 20 persons at a time. So, we got to see everything without the crowds.

Great evening tour. Franco, our guide was the best. Travel all over Italy, and this was one of the best side tours. St. Mark's and Palace are number 1 and 2 on top things to see in Venice.

I booked this night tour in my visit to Venice. The tour was scheduled to start 20:15, but I arrived 20:00. In the meeting point, there were at least other 8 guests waiting for the guide. The guide never showed up. I tried to contact the company and there was no real answer. This was October 2nd. I have been reaching out by emails, Instagram and still have not heard back about my refund.

Tour guide never showed. It was our last night in Venice and we missed the one tour we were looking forward to. Very disappointed. Want full refund and credit for our wasted time waited an hour for guide to show in the designated spot.

Fantastic tour with Marina! She is so informative, funny, and personable, making the tour very enjoyable. She majored in art and history so she was able to pepper in so many neat details that would’ve otherwise been missed. There were 2 other tours that moved through the space but always in separate rooms, so we shared the space quite well. The tour was well paced letting us explore leisurely and silently through was fantastic.

We arrived at the meeting point at the stated time and there was no one there to meet us. Another group called and was told the tour was canceled and we never received notification of this.

We took the Alone in St Marks After Hours basilica and Doge's Palace tour led by Marina. It was a truly fantastic experience and Marina was so great. She was really knowledgeable (she mentioned that she's an art historian) and we learned so much about the history and art of both places. We really enjoyed touring the Doge's Palace without a crowd and seeing the rooms with gorgeous Tintoretto & Veronese paintings, the Golden Staircase, Bridge of Sighs, the prison cells, etc. In the basilica we got to get so close to the Pala d'Oro. Watching the mosaics become illuminated in the basilica was a beautiful experience I will never forget.
