Important: Even for visits with audio guides, entry on your own is not allowed. Please make sure to find our coordinator at the meeting point — the Clock Tower — at least 10 minutes before your scheduled visit time. The coordinator will be holding a blue flag with Doooing Experience written on it. This is essential to allow enough time for check-ins.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

1.00Very bad choice. The tickets were three time as much as the regular ones and we find out that we could have avoided the line also with the regular tickets. Also, not only the price did not include additional activities in the basilica (this was actually written in the fine prints of a separate document), but it did not allow to make an upgrade, with the result that we could not visit additional part of the basilica that we would have liked to see. Very disappointing.

1.00Rip-off! Get off me! The visit is extremely limited to the entrance area at 3 times the price of a normal ticket and you have to upgrade for more parts of the basilica.

4.00Booking was very disorganized — never received email with audio guide until hour before the tour. Received message from guide giving wrong time of tour. Viator was helpful when contacted but tour operator was not responsive even when Viator contacted them.

5.00You are provided w an audio guide and tour the church independently. The guide is there for any questions. It does not include the area behind the main altar. A beautiful church w a remarkable history.

2.00We booked this as an entry and audio guide to St Marks Bassillica. What was not obvious was it was not entry to the whole Cathedral. There were at least 2 parts that we found, only once we had entered, required more tickets to be purchased. Also we have done several audio guides around the world, including the Doge's Palace in Venice, which give clear guidance on when to listen. The audio guide for St Marks we started in the cathedral, only then realising the first 3 elements were to do with the facade. In side it was not obvious where to stand when you listened to each element. Overall we were very dissatisfied with this tour & audio guide.

The guide Ketty very knowledgeable and very considerate in giving us all the information we wanted, we learned a little more about Venice and its extraordinary Basilica. Visit absolutely recommended
