Directions for the meeting point were poor. Guide was 20 minutes late, Guide was not engaging, we felt like the guide was trying get us to take other tours. Would not recommend taking this tour. Gondola ride was fine.

Our tour was cancelled and not rescheduled and I did not get my money back from the cancellation this was for 8 ppl.

We learnt so much from our tour guide who also had a brilliant sense of humor. The Gondola ride was also fantastic. Well worth it!

Guide was very good. Was disappointed in sharing a gondola with strangers and sitting uncomfortably on the sides . Should have been an option for own, not shared, or at least warned of this.
