Strenuous but well worth it. It is so beautiful and informative. If you are lucky you may even see the St. VIncent Parrot. We could hear them but did not see them even though they were right over our head.

Strenuous but beautiful and well worth going to see. Lots of climbing and downhill. Did not see the Vincy parrot but heard them. The trail is easy to follow and laid out with some good information stops along the way. Very interesting. I have sent others to enjoy the experience.
