Elaine is an expert tour guide who helped each of individually with whatever needs we had. Our small group included people traveling alone and couples, as well as a mother and daughter. She took her time and answered each and every question. I highly recommended Elaine Rossi.

Paola was a lovely and informative guide, showing care and interest with all in the group. The view at the top of the hill (arriving by the funicular) is stunning but this was a bit rushed for my liking and I would have liked us to stay there longer and have a drink. Highly recommended.

We joined the 9:30am tour on 10 June and thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, we don’t have the name of our guide, but she was lovely, and very knowledgeable about Verona. The tour was a fantastic introduction to the city, covering the main sights while bringing Verona’s stories to life. The cable car ride and the stunning views over the city from Ponte Pietra were particular highlights and are not to be missed. A well-paced, informative and enjoyable experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Verona.

The guide was very informative but could have included other local sites as we walked instead telling us about each nail and wood

We enjoyed the tour and our tour guide was so lovely. She would take time to answer your questions and give you guidance on places to visit. We did get lost a little in the detail of the places visited. We felt the information could have been condensed a little to avoid losing interest and to visit inside some of the sights. I would recommend the tour but if you had children I think they would loose interest.

It was fantastic - Antonella was engaging and knowledgeable and she made the whole experience interesting and fun. She gave us lots of fascinating information on what we saw - worth giving plenty of time for this so as not to rush so we’re glad we didn’t schedule anything straight afterwards.
