The Juliet’s House ticket is included if you choose the correct option. They are pre-reserved timed-entry tickets. Please note that this part is self-guided.
Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
The cable car ticket covers the uphill journey only. Walking downhill is part of the experience and offers scenic views along the Adige River.
Tasting and shopping at Piazza delle Erbe are not included in the guided tour. These are optional and may be explored independently.
The Arena is closed on Mondays; therefore, Arena visits are not included on those days.
We kindly request that you arrive at the designated meeting point 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has started.

4.00We enjoyed the tour and our tour guide was so lovely. She would take time to answer your questions and give you guidance on places to visit. We did get lost a little in the detail of the places visited. We felt the information could have been condensed a little to avoid losing interest and to visit inside some of the sights. I would recommend the tour but if you had children I think they would loose interest.

5.00It was fantastic - Antonella was engaging and knowledgeable and she made the whole experience interesting and fun. She gave us lots of fascinating information on what we saw - worth giving plenty of time for this so as not to rush so we’re glad we didn’t schedule anything straight afterwards.
