Very informative and good walking tour. Pleased we did this the day we got to Verona as we have seen some of the sights and know about others that we want to get to. It was a great start to our time in Verona. Our guide gave lots of good information on unique things to do that are a bit off the beaten path. Cheers.

While the guide was fine, experienced, the company can help improve the logistics. Much of the first hour was spent on finding the other tourists who were waiting at the wrong place (improve meeting place - make it obvious, like a statue) and trying to transfer Juliette tickets from the guide's phone to the tourists (send it in advance or have printed tickets to hand out.

Verona became the perfect finale to our Venice trip thanks to Antonella. She brought the city to life from the moment we stepped into the awe-inspiring Verona Arena to weaving through the energy of Piazza delle Erbe and pausing beneath Dante in Piazza dei Signori. The highlight was crossing the Adige and riding the funicular up to San Pietro Hill for sweeping, postcard-worthy views. With a perfect pace for our small group, Antonella blended history and storytelling effortlessly—turning what could have been a simple walk into a memorable, immersive experience.

The meet up point was very confusing and not specific. The meeting point indicated piazza bra but we finally found the guide at a restaurant. The arena was very nice. We decided not to do the cable car and asked for juliets house tickets which only a few purchased. The guide had us take a pic of the barcode. It didnt come out very well. I asked to send to my email, I never received. Juliets house indicated that they couldn't read barcode so I asked viator to send me the link to the tickets. They sent me the link to yesterday's tour. I am sad and disappointed in this whole situation because I will never get this opportunity again.
