What a great choice we made to do this tour! Our guide Morris took us away from the touristy shopping area into a lovely, scenic and peaceful walking tour. He took the time to explain the history and culture and where the locals visit. He recommended his favorite restaurant which we tried and were so very pleased (Thank you Morris!) With Morris’s thorough explanations, we learned there is so much more to do and see in Verona, definitely want to return. Tour was money well spent. (Morris is our guides English name, sorry don’t remember his non English name)

This walking tour was a definite highlight of our trip. It provided a thorough introduction to the scenic beauty and rich history of Verona. We were especially impressed by the style and expert knowledge of our guide Mauro, whose approach was well-paced, insightful, and suitably upbeat. His balance of serious and light-hearted commentary brought the group together and allowed us to absorb ideas more gradually while viewing the magnificent sights. He was also conscientious about ensuring that the needs of visitors with younger children or less capacity for strenuous parts of the route were addressed. It was such an engaging experience that my wife and I would be tempted to take another tour led by Mauro.
