The time on your voucher is the meeting time at our shop (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace.
The tickets for the Musical Show or Fountain Show are included. You will be able to watch the shows during the tour and stay in the gardens after your half-day guided tour has finished.
Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.
The trains are not running between the stations "PARIS AUSTERLITZ" and "Versailles Chateau Rive Gauche" from the 15th of July to the 23rd of August. There are 2 options with public transport: 1. Take a train to the Versailles Rive Droite station (Take line L via Saint Lazare or La Défense) then it's a 25-minute walk to the meeting point. 2. Take a train to Versailles Chantiers station (Take line N via Montparnasse or line U via La Défense) then it's a 15-minute walk to the meeting point.
The Palace tour lasts 1.5 hours, but add 30 minutes for tickets and security checks.

5.00Booked this Tour with Viator with GetYourGuide (where your check in) and everything went smooth. We met at the desk (provided our names and ID) and got a friendly welcome. We were told to wait in the hall and all the tour guides names were written so we knew we were in the right place to wait. Our tour guide was Vladina and she was great. There was approx 20 people in our group and Vladina announced our names and we were given a device and ear phones (just one ear). I had no issues hearing her and she said she had extras if there were any problems. The tour of the Palace and Grounds was passed from the knowledge of Vladina and my wife and had a great time. She was a great tour guide! Definitely would recommend this tour as it felt personalized even with a larger group.

2.00Our tour guide was Sergio from GetYourGuide. This guide was extremely rude and needs to work on his social skills. We were told that we were holding up the group (because I needed to do a diaper change and I clearly told him we'd catch up to the rest of the group), that we were not listening to him, that we didn't want to be there -- just a bunch of negativity from this tour guide. At one point, he didn't even want to speak his native language, spanish with one of our family members.

5.00Sarah was excellent. Be sure to get the garden tour as well. Get a tour guide, because otherwise, you won’t really know what you are looking at.
