5.00Our tour guide was so knowledgeable, she answered all questions asked. She explained everything so well and guided us well through the large crowds. As she had a microphone and we had earpieces we didn’t miss anything she said. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name. I think this is only way to get the full Versailles experience.

5.00Our guide was very well educated on Versailles and French history. He did a wonderful job incorporating French history as he walked us through the palace. I thought he did a wonderful job hitting the highlights of each room. I would highly recommend this tour. Getting access to the gardens and additional areas was a plus too.

4.00I think our tour guide was Ching. She was nice. I could understand her and was knowledgeable about Versailles and the history. I really appreciate the headsets as it gets loud in the palace. We went in peak season so it was busy but it wasn't horrible. Only a couple rooms were super packed. For me, I wish there weren’t children under 15 in the tour, I love kids but they had an hard time staying focused. Perhaps there is an ‘family’ tour for younger kids. We enjoyed the palace but honestly I could spend the day outside in the gardens. Next time. I will go there. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy the gardens.
