Bad experience. I purchased Palace and Garden tickets but only received the Garden tickets. Viator would not respond to me.

Amazing experience. The rooms were breathtaking and although we did not have a guide we took out time and enjoyed as much or as little as we wanted to spend in each area.

The day before my experience Viator emailed me to say that they were having to put back my experience by 2hrs, I replied to say that I couldn’t attend that late because of the timing of our flight home; it would only give us an hour instead of the 3 I wanted. I have yet to hear back! My whole trip to Paris was centred around visiting Versailles.

It was not obvious what I am actually booking for. We thought for the castle and not the garden
