1.00That you definitely shouldn't book with Viator. You're gonna be huge in the mailing. On site it looks like you get access to the castle but in real life you only get access to the garden. The gardens are amazing you absolutely have to go see this it's beautiful. All do not book through Viator!!!! I unfortunately paid 110 euros for 4 tickets instead of 40 euros. And there are always plenty of tickets for the gardens so you really don't have to buy them in advance.

1.00It says the ticket is for the castle and the garden. In fact, it is only valid for the garden. Hand luggage can only be included if you have a ticket for the castle. Unfortunately, the support doesn't help you here either. It only turned out that the ticket is only for the garden, when I only received an entrance ticket for this. The garden itself is definitely worth a visit. I also recommend renting a golf cart for 42 euros. Otherwise it is almost impossible to see the entire property.

1.00AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The ad clearly stated that we had access to the palace, but when the tickets came through it was only including the gardens. This is False advertising and also illegal. We requested a refund and was denied. SCAMMING PEOPLE with false information.
