What To Expect

We will make the via ferrata of "Caminito del Rey", one of the most spectacular in all of Andalusia. We will enjoy the wonderful views over the Encantada reservoir and the Gaitanes Gorge. A simple way to dissolve climbing if you have no experience. All this accompanied by the best guides in the area.

My wife’s first via ferrata. She’s about to be a grandmother but was up for giving it a go. Our guide realised she has the jitters before we set off, so put her on a top-rope for the first pitch. He was calmly encouraging and she was fine once she got going. All went well. Everyone had a great time.

What a day out! We were two couples, 55 to 60 years young, all hikers but no climbing experience. Our guide Joseph was waiting at the meeting point and kitted us up for the climb. Lovely guy, very relaxed and friendly and put us all at ease. You will definitely need a head for heights and a reasonable level of fitness but the effort is rewarded with stunning views and an unforgettable experience.

WOW! Everyone must do something like this at least once in their life. Super thrilling and exciting. Definitely something for adrenaline lovers. Antonio was amazing, he made sure we were safe and comfortable the whole time. What an experience.

Our guide Antonio was awesome! He explained our climb, the suspension bridges and zip line experiences ahead of our trek. Throughout our 3 hr experience Antonio made certain we were all comfortable and managed my fears on the monkey bridge. We all enjoyed our time and definitely recommend it to anyone up for a unique adventure!!

We are a family of 5 who went on the Caminito Del Rey Via Ferrata trip. It was incredible!! We didn’t quite expect to be climbing up a mountainside but we were pleasantly surprised with how exciting it was and how great Antonio was. He was patient with our group as he explained every step and what we should do. We can’t recommend him and this trip enough if you are ready for an adventure. Definitely not for those with a fear of heights!

I went climbing, ziplining, and hiking during this wonderful adventure. Antonio was very professional, diligent with safety, patient, friendly, and very kind person. It’s an excellent and unique way to explore the “Caminito del Rey” for adventurous souls like mine. I would absolutely do it again without a doubt. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time on the Via Ferrata with Alejandro. He did a great job explaining everything and keeping us safe. This was our son's favorite part of our weeklong trip to Spain.
