Great trip across to vancuver. It was confusing once we got to Vancouver, the tour operators were no help on how to find our way to our hotels. The bus depot is nowhere near downtown vancuver. Good way to get across, but do your own homework on where to get off or transport

Bus leaves on time. It bypasses the vehicle traffic to get on the ferry so first on and first off so no waiting in lines. Bus driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ferry is very comfortable.

Travel was excellent, but ALL passengers need clear choice of opportunities of where their drop off is in Vancouver CBD? I was dumped at Vancouver bus depot & Station at 7.45pm last night Twice I tried to ascertain other drop off points in the down town area with the driver, as Counter Receptionist had advised I do. I believe there are other Hotel drop offs down town. I was NOT expecting door to door service, BUT somewhere closer to my Drake Street accommodation would have been a big help.?!? Aged tourists NOT familiar with distance & city need a little more sympathetic assistance! Perhaps this should be made in the booking process with Viator?? Half a bus of passengers continued... WITHOUT ME!?! I resorted to the services of a most cooperative & helpful taxi driver who delivered me speedily to my accommodation!

Very unfriendly staff and driver. We saw the driver closing his door when we arrived, but he refused to let us on. We ended up siting on the street for 5.5 hours waiting for the next bus. We had to store our luggage there, and were charged $10 apiece. The next driver was just as rude.
