Great experience. We started out in pretty poor weather but figured might as well be on a boat in the rain. Weather got better. Great boat, very capable taking the 38 of us with lots of space. The team were very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. We got to see Orca killer whales and Humpback whales. The boats kept their distance which they have to by law, which was great to see these animals in their natural environment, not hassled by humans. We chose this company due to timings, price and content of the trip.

All crew members were excellent and full of knowledge. Super friendly and the boat was great. Was nice to be able to walk around the boat instead of being stuck on a bench seat like some of the others we seen out there.

We had an amazing experience on board the Springtide, watching humpback whales jump and dive. What a spectacular sight!! Katie was our extremely knowledgeable guide. Not only did she know and understand the individual whales, but she also provided history and information on the critical role of whales in the oceans and the important role humans have in preserving their habitat. I wish every person could see these magnificent animals in their natural habitat. Thank you Katie and Jasper (our Captain).

We went on the whale watching tour earlier this month with my family. The tour team, Jasper, Kaite and Molly was extremly knowledgable and amazing. They made sure our first time on water is a great experience. We saw both orca and humpback whales as well as sea lions, seals and eagles. I would recommend this team to everyone.

Incredible experience with excellent staff. Heather , in particular, was excellent. She provided great information about the area and wildlife that we saw. She was great about answering all the questions that were asked. We were fortunate to see many humpback whales (probably 10-15) and sea lions. This is a must do excursion in Victoria. As a added bonus, there is a photographer on board that takes photos and makes them available at no extra cost.

After boating out from harbor, about 50 minutes, we arrived in an area where we found the whales. Several other boats nearby. For the next hour we were entertained and amazed as we watched several whales spouting, swimming and diving. Our crew of Captain Jasper, Katie, Morgan, Heather and volunteer Stella were great. Instructions were given, beverages offered, information about whales continued during the trip. Better than expected! Looking forward to the photos that will be made available to us online. It was a grand tour!

We went out on a beautiful sunny day. The crew was so friendly and eager to answer questions. They offered hot drinks which were not very tasty. They brought us close to all whale sightings. Our favorite were seeing the sea lions near the light house. We also enjoyed that there were fewer people than some of the other boats that went out. It made the trip more personal and enjoyable.
