Our tour guide, Raj, lead us on an amazing zodiac tour during which we saw 21 orcas! Highly recommend.

We visited Victoria, BC for our daughter’s college graduation celebration, and the top priority on her list was to see orcas. Mark, Logan and Eden were awesome and made sure we saw not only orcas but also a humpback whale and sea lions. It was a fantastic trip and we couldn’t have been happier.

We had a wonderful time with Roge on the Zodiac tour! We were able to spend an amazing time with the killer whales and Roge knew a lot about them. We’ll be absolutely back for another trip anytime we’re in Vancouver again!

Amazing! We have done this trip several times at different times of the year, and each time it is different, but equally fabulous. Orca family catching prey (sea lion), grey whales, humo backs, and a beautiful tour leaving from Victoria, BC., around the SAN Juan Islands. The whole experience was great from check in with the front desk to the tour guides Mark and Logan. All the staff were so passionate and happy. My SIL was reticent about going via zodiac but in the end she was glad we chose that option.

I took the zodiac tour with Mark and Logan and it was absolutely stellar. From the first contact with people at the front desk, everyone was friendly and, despite the fact they do this work every day, they were excited about whales and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. We saw lots of whales, including an incredible scene of orcas feeding. There are not guarantees of seeing whales, of course, but it's clear that Mark's experience on these waters helped ensure we were in the right place at the right time, on the scene before any of the other tour boats were there. I've been whale watching many times and this was by far the best experience I've had. I'd definitely go with this group again when I return to Victoria.

We went out on the zodiac tour this morning with Mark and Logan. Seated in the back row was no obstacle to viewing and a huge advantage for picking the experience and brains of our guides. Lucky enough to encounter a humpback that put a show on for us and then watched in amazement as a pod of killer whales hunted, caught and shared a sea lion. The number of people on the zodiac help make it a personal experience and the knowledge, enthusiasm and companionship of both Mark and Logan made this excursion a bargain in our eyes. Interested in doing the same?…make sure you choose the zodiac for being right in the action.

Very professional set up. Great warm floatation suits which we definitely needed once we were out on the water. Raj was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and it was a good balance of chat, information and letting us watch. The zodiac boat was great fun too. saw orcas and hump back whales which was amazing considering it’s so early in the season. I would definitely recommend this for a trip whilst you’re here and I would definitely Prince of Whales as the operator.
