  • Confusing seating

Music instrument mostly strings and sound exquisite. Second act included violin soloist with great skills. Seating was confusing because some rows have seats with same numbers and guests placed in wrong seats. Seats at same level so a tall person in front will block your view. Ticket pickup is confusing because so many doors to possibly enter and counter for tickets stated left side but was in the middle. Random seat given and for my section middle front row empty but was not giving those tickets and was empty during concert.

The concert was a beautiful experience for my wife and I. What a beautiful experience to enjoy classical music in Vienna. There was not an empty seat and we all enjoyed the musicians. The lead violinist was absolutely fantastic as was the rest of the orchestra. A perfect night.

  • Overall a nice night of classical music.

We attended the concert in May; there was good and bad. The venue was pretty, temperature was comfortable, but the seats not so much- wood with only a very thin pad on the seat. Instructions to get seat assignments were unclear- not on the left of main entrance, but straight ahead, which is very important to know since there is a large mob pushing you through the front door when the doors open. All that said, the music was absolutely beautiful with a 23 person ensemble. The conductor played amazing solos- the show was perfect. Overall a nice night of classical music!

It would make life a lot easier if there were discrete signs pointing you in the right direction. After a bit of hassle we finally got our voucher exchanged and headed on a mystery tour in search of where we have to go. The venue is smalled than it looks at the famous New Years concert on television but it is beautiful. Take a note of which side of the auditorium you need to enter to reach your seats as the numbers are the same at each end of the row and meet in the middle. The decor is stunning and the concert super. By now we were experienced and found our way out quite easily.

  • Worth it for the price

As expected. It was a great experience. Somehow got better tickets than if I were to book myself through the website. Highly recommend the experience. Although touristy, the quality of the music was amazing and was a pleasure to hear for a classical music débutant.
