The Vienna Mozart Orchestra Program is available for purchase on the evening of concert. It is approximately EUR6 per program.
Smart evening attire is advised. No sneakers, jeans or shorts are permitted in the concert halls.
VIP seating requires a minimum of 2 people per booking. If you choose this option there must be two or more people in your party. If you book for one only, your booking will be rejected within 48 hours.
Photo ID compulsory at the time of ticket collection

Ticket vouchers need to be exchanged at the evening box office in the foyer of the concert venue. It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the begin of the concert.

5.00It was as expected and more. Growing up playing his music as a child on the piano, to hearing it play live like that in an orchestra was just whimsical; the costumes made it more enjoyable, and would love to experience it again!

5.00Great experience. Music and opera singers were outstanding. Amazing how the music and singing carries throughout the hall.... no loud speakers...but crystal clear and can enjoy everything without the inevitable distortion of "modern" audio equipment. Highly recommend to book in advance...show was sold out.

1.00It says you must redeem your ticket before you go to the meeting point, but even when you go to the redemption point specified in the email, you are told it is not here, so we walked around for over an hour. In the end, it seemed like we should have gone to the meeting point instead of redeeming the tickets, so we wasted time and energy. It was also supposed to come with drinks between concerts, but I paid €7 for this ticket, even though I was told to pay for the drink ticket. The concert itself was good, but I'm sorry it was the worst palace tour.
