1.00Completely unprofessional. We were informed of a Minivan like a Mercedes Vito and at airport we were harassed for additional baggage. We were given a small sedan which could carry only 2 baggage. So after lot of harassment had to book another taxi by paying additional 32 Euro.

1.00We could not find the driver and tried several times to call and locate him. When we finally got through he yelled at us and told us we would have to pay more money for him to come get us. We used a taxi instead.
