2.00This tour is total rip off - our tour guide was very rude! The tour was listed as "accessible". However, the guide kept refer to my wife and I who was in a wheelchair as our "special member" and so-called "VIP"

5.00The palace and gardens was outstanding. So beautiful and well kept. Very impressive. Finally understand who the Habsburg were. Bridget our guide was fantastic! She spoke excellent English, was very knowledgeable with interesting stories and had a great sense of humor. She gave each of us a headset that allowed us to hear her clearly wherever we were in the room. Highly recommend this tour. Worth every euro!!
