Guide didn't show up, this is a scam. Tour operator extremely rude and doesn't reply to messages. Do not book this.

This is a huge attraction and I highly recommend this tour to get the highlights in of both the Garden and the Palace. We had Anastasia as our guide and she was great of making a bigger group seem manageable and navigating the busy Palace. My ONE nit is I wish they had earpieces to hear her in the Garden rather than just the Palace, as it was sometimes a bit harder to hear, but otherwise, great packaged deal. We also went in November and we're lucky to get the Christmas markets, so that was super fun, as we spent an hour or so eating and buying gifts after leaving the Palace.

First, this tour includes a lot of information in the gardens - STAY WITH THE GROUP! We consistently had to wait for those lagging behind or engaging with their phones instead of the tour. Second, our tour guide had a lot of information to share, and even random questions from the group elicited insightful answers that helped orient the group to the palace and grounds. Third, our tour was during the Christmas Market - probably a good idea to schedule a tour for when other events are not also happening.

Rafael was a wonderful guide. He was professional and accommodating. This is a must see. The bonus is the Christmas Markets on the Schoenbrunn grounds.

Loved the host but could do the tour on your own - the rooms were grand but not much to see in the castle. The outside was nice but not much h to see and it’s free

Our tour of the palace and gardens was excellent and fascinating! It was easy to find and meet our tour guide, Lisa. She was very informative, professional, interesting and kept us moving at a great pace. Lisa answered all the questions. Our entire group of six (ages 27 - 61) thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend it. This was a much better option than just getting an audio tour at the palace. Thank you so much!
