Our guide was good. But the size of the group was too large. And the palace was so packed we could hardly move. It was difficult to see things.

The meeting place was different than what our tickets said. That part really should be more clear. The guide moved fast and some elderly in our group had a hard time keeping up. Other than that it was fine.

Dieter was a wonderful tour guide… Very knowledgeable and lots of good stories about the palace and gardens - bonus that the Christmas markets were still up even on January 5

100% worth it. Our tour guide Lisa was so knowledgable and funny. Yes you can walk around with hearing aides but this tour provides some “insider” information. Well worth it.

This guided excursion offers excellent value for the price. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the experience, thanks in large part to our outstanding guide, Dieter. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the palace, its history, and the gardens, and he shared fascinating details you wouldn’t find on your own. This tour is ideal for anyone eager to truly learn about the palace and its rich past.

Meeting place not so clear. On the ticket it said one place and a text was sent on WhatsApp for a different place to meet.

Breath taking palace, where the outdoor transforms into a lively Christmas market with amazing gift shops and lots and lots of eating options and spread across the palace which is quite large in size. It was -4 when we there in December and it was day time temperature and it was freezing cold but we shopped, we ate and then the next day we fell sick…. So yes, if you are not used to the cold weather, you should visit the palace in the summer….
