Vietnam E-visa for Entry:

Required Documents:

• Main page of passport

• 1 passport-sized photo with a white background, no glasses

• Date and place of entry (which airport)

• Phone number + Address in the country of residence

• Contact information in Vietnam (if available)

Note: This service is only apply for non-Vietnamese tourist

1. Collecting Customer Information

The customer provides basic information, including:

• Type of visa: Single (one-time entry) or Multiple (multiple entries).

• Passport: Photo of the main page of the passport (personal information page).

• Personal photo: Passport-sized photo (in the required dimensions).

• Date and airport of entry.

2. Consultation and Document Review

• Confirm the details and provide consultation on the suitable visa type, entry conditions, and service fees.

• Check the validity of the documents (passport expiry date, clear photo, and matching information).

3. Payment for Services

• The customer makes the payment for the visa service.

4. Processing and Submitting E-visa

• The representative prepares and submits the application on the immigration authority’s system.

• Monitor the status of the application and update the customer.

5. Receive E-visa Results

• Normal processing time: 5 working days.
