Overall, disappointing given the price. Need to be more clear about the location. A map would help. I was shocked that the day involved a 90min journey just to get there, and back again. Also, little things, like the promise of tea/coffee/snacks, never happened. The guide was a lovely person, but did not add much to the experience.

It was an amazing experience discovering alleppey backwaters with this tour!! We were picked up from our hotel, in a car, dropped to vaikom where our trip started, we met arya anoop, our tour guide, she was extremely knowledgable and friendly, she made us feel cery comfortable and we had a great time with her, knowing all the different places and stuff.. we were taken to a spice garden where we learned about many spices and also to a traditional keralite establishment, later amma served us with her special tea, and showed us the rope weaving activities, we were served with special traditional food, on banana leaves that adds to the experience, the tour guide made us all feel so occupied and incolved in the trip that we lost the track of time compeletely.. guess thats whats special about this tour in all.. also, my mum is a bit physically disabled due to her old age, arya took special care of her all along the tour..! All in all it was a 10/10 experience for us..! And arya was the highlight of our trip..! We totally recommend her and this tour organiser for a memorable and a worthwhile once in a lifetime experience.
