The hike was amazing we I had the luck to have the perfect weather and the guide was very friendly and well experienced. All of the gear needed was supplied by the agency and the views where unbelievable on the way down we used sleds to skip most of the descend.An amazing experience I would recommend anyone who loves the outdoors to do at least once in there live

Unforgettable trip and unique experience! It was a whole adventure! My partner had a bad knee, and the guides were amazing; they fully supported us, and we managed to see the crater of the volcano. I highly recommend it.

Felipe and Matías are geniuses who took care of us, assisted us in everything, and encouraged us until we reached the summit. Then we went down on a sled, and we celebrated the return with snacks and drinks as courtesy from the guides. Complete experience, I recommend it 100%.

It was one of the most enriching experiences I have had. They were very punctual upon arrival, and at all times both were concerned for my physical safety, the induction talks were very thorough, and above all, both were very friendly. I work in a café in PUQ, and I will definitely recommend them if there are clients traveling to Pucon.

Super good service; the guides were attentive and concerned for our safety at all times. Our group was the slowest of the day, but the guides took the time to ensure we could complete it without any problems. We descended late but were happy with the experience and grateful for the patience and dedication of the guides.
