Communication the day before the tour was excellent, and the driver arrived on time. He got us to the sites safely, but we were under the impression that this was a TOUR with a TOUR GUIDE. It was actually a driver, who played a 5-minute micro-history recording about Carthage on the drive to Carthage, and then was not able to answer questions due to his limited command of the English language. He also did not provide water, which was in the description. The title/description of this experience is misleading and should be changed to reflect what the client will actually experience.

I could not recommend this tour enough. The sites were fantastic but above all was Yassine's great attention to us. He communicated with us before the tour to confirm arrangements and tailored the tour to our interests - he looked after us brilliantly! He recommended an excellent restaurant in Sidi Bousaid and ensured we got to see everything on our list. He drove us as close as possible to our destinations and we felt very safe being driven by him. A very memorable and enjoyable day!

We were very happy with our guide Rafik. He is a professional driver, answered our questions and was very patient with the requests we had. I am not giving the full star review because from the description on the web I had the impression that someone will accompany us all the time. Actually we were transported between the different sites and were exploring them on our own. We had a short audio introduction of what we are going to see during the drive though.

Our driver was able to tell us something general about the country, people and history. He's not a professional guide, so got us safely to the capital, recommended us delicious lunch. To the sights we were played an audio sequence in our native language via the car radio. This is quite short, but is quite ok as an introduction to history. Those who expect deep knowledge on site should book a guided tour.

Most of the excursion and guide was great. We were reassured twice that it was "100% wheelchair accessible" and that was a big reason we chose it. It Was Not. Our first stop in Medina was not accessible and it was a long walk through the market. Then we returned to meet our driver and had to walk to another location to meet him! We went to Bardo next which was accessible and beautiful. We were tired from the first lengthy walk so drove to other destinations, but hardly got out of the car. We drove through and around a lot of sites, but most were not accessible. What we did see was great, but the lack of accessibility was disappointing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very good experience. I would highlight the professionalism and kindness of the Guide, as he taught us the whole city and told us his story accompanied by many curiosities that we did not know. And he was always at our disposal at all times.
