    This was a great experience. We had audio guides once we entered the palace that were informative. Our guide, Mike, filled us in on the history of the castle and the current royal history. Tea was delicious! All in all, a brilliant British experience.

    Our guide was very knowledgeable and the tour itself was great, BUT when we had tea at the Orangery they sat us together as a tour group not by family/party. It should state this at the time of booking and allow you to have a separate table for your family. The people we went with on the tour were nice, but we wanted to have tea as a family and not have awkward small talk with strangers that didn’t speak our language very well. It’s a lot of money to pay for this tour and we wanted to have a better experience for the Tea. The Orangery was accommodating to us and gave us a separate table but they were busy and we got lucky there was one available.
