What To Expect
Paia
No trip to Maui is complete without a trip to Paia, Maui’s coolest little town. Located on the North Shore, Paia started as a plantation town with the opening of Paia Store in 1896 to serve the needs of the multi-cultural plantation workers of Paia Sugar Mill.
Ke'anae Arboretum
Located adjacent to the Pi'ina'au Stream, the Ke'anae Arboretum features terraces built by ancient Hawaiians for cultivating taro, which was a staple of their diet. A paved walkway measuring 0.6 miles runs through the arboretum, showcasing a diverse array of timber, fruit, and ornamental trees from different tropical regions of the world, many of which are labeled with nameplates. With over 150 types of tropical plants, including taro, the arboretum is an excellent spot to observe native flowers and marvel at the vibrant bark of rainbow eucalyptus trees.

5.00Our driver Donavan was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. So we had a fantastic time. It was long but we made many pit stops and the views were amazing. I recommend this.

5.00Our family had the absolute best time all thanks to Luke and Spencer! Their tips and tricks starting the day before made our adventure smooth and enjoyable- even our 12 year old who is prone to motion sickness had zero problems that’s to their great advice! We cannot thank them both enough for making the trip perfect for our wide variety of ages (65 to 9) - which I know can’t be easy, but they made everything perfect! Cannot recommend them and this tour enough! Truly our favorite day on Maui thanks to them!!!

5.00Shane was a fantastic guide and driver! Very knowledgeable, friendly and fun! Highly recommend this tour with Shane. Don’t drive it yourself. Let Shane drive so you can enjoy the views. He knows the best sights, food/snack places and where to stop for necessary rest breaks. Vehicle was in perfect condition and very comfortable. Shane had snacks and drinks on board as well. Don’t hesitate. Do this one!

5.00You see and experience so much more when you don't have to navigate the road. The guide was not only knowledge about where to spend the most time, but went out of her way to introduce us to the locals and help us understand how the plants were used by the natives for various purposes. The VIP is well worth the cost for the one-on-one interactive tour.

5.00Levi was an amazing tour guide! My family learned so much about the local culture, music, food, and experienced the stunning beauty that is Maui- because Levi made sure we had a full day of fun! My teen boys especially enjoyed his presence throughout the day. We had such a rich, full day; there aren’t enough words to describe our fantastic day! The boys agreed without a doubt, it was their favorite day of our whole vacation. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another tour with this group. Also, the GMC Yukon was super comfortable - I often get car sick, but didn’t feel sick once on this trip. So many memories we will cherish from this day- thank you guys so much! And we appreciate Koby too! We had to reschedule and he would’ve been our original tour guide. He was very friendly and helpful with his communication leading up to the original date, and I could tell he would also be an amazing tour guide. Seems like a great group all around. 😊
