What To Expect
Cu Chi Tunnels
9:15 am: You will arrive at the Cu Chi Tunnels site before the majority of larger bus tours arrive. Watch a brief introductory ‘propaganda’ video to the Cu Chi area. 9:30 am: Explore the tunnel site, which includes weapon and booby trap exhibitions, navigating authentic Viet Cong tunnel, visiting different underground bunkers (kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunitions etc.), a firing range and much more. Try the local cassava root that sustained Viet Cong fighters for years. 11:30 am: Enjoy a delicious traditional Vietnamese traditional lunch by the river. 12:30 am: Say goodbye to Cu Chi Tunnel and return to Ho Chi Minh City.

5.00We had a very enjoyable and informative tour of the tunnels. The speedboat ride up and backdown the river was very relaxing. Our guide Moon showed us all the sites on the tunnels tour which was very informative. Having only a small group with our own guide made the trip more worthwhile and we finished with a delicious Vietnamese lunch.

5.00This is a great tour. Chí is a brilliant guide, he made the day really worthwhile and informative. It’s worth taking to speedboat to avoid the worst of the crowds. Lunch was very good too.

5.00What a great morning! Sing was really lovely and helpful. First time I have been to Cu Chi by boat and it’s so much better than by bus. You get there before all the buses and it’s a fast and comfortable boat.

5.00Fantastic experience. Chi was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have guide us through the Cu Chi tunnels experience. The boat ride was well worth it. Arrived early with a few tourist buses but by the time we were done there were so many more. Being at the Cu Chi tunnels early and then being back in Ho Chi Minh by 1pm was a bonus. Highly recommend.
