Located about 70 km to the northwest of HCMC, Cu Chi tunnel is the miniature of the creative and transformed battle of Cu Chi people and soldiers in the fierce fight, lasting for 30 years against the aggressors for independence, freedom of the country. With its victory scale, Cu Chi tunnel went into the history of heroic struggle of the Vietnamese as a legend of the 20th century and became famous in the world. What To Expect
Cu Chi Tunnels
9:15 am: You will arrive at the Cu Chi Tunnels site before the majority of larger bus tours arrive. Watch a brief introductory ‘propaganda’ video to the Cu Chi area. 9:30 am: Explore the tunnel site, which includes weapon and booby trap exhibitions, navigating authentic Viet Cong tunnel, visiting different underground bunkers (kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunitions etc.), a firing range and much more. Try the local cassava root that sustained Viet Cong fighters for years. 11:30 am: Enjoy a delicious traditional Vietnamese traditional lunch by the river. 12:30 am: Say goodbye to Cu Chi Tunnel and return to Ho Chi Minh City.

5.00Had a very interesting half-day tour with Chi who provided a lot of insightful information about the Vietnam war. He is very enthousiastic of his job and you can tell he enjoys what he does! Definitely recommend!

5.00Mr Chi provided a humorous commentary to this tour that made it fun for all. His limitless energy helped guide us faultlessly from our pick up location to the boat to the tunnels and back again. We learnt so much about life in the tunnels and got to experience the tiny enclosed spaces ( if you desired). Those who wanted to could use the firing range. It was good to leave early at 8 am to beat the crowds.

5.00Took the morning tour - perfect in terms of crowds and temperature. The trip by boat is fast, exciting and convenient compared to bus/car! Great guide and professional crew; super knowledgeable about the tunnels and knew the best way in terms of avoiding crowds. Tour length was good and finished with a nice lunch. 5/5!

5.00Very cool idea to go on a speedboat, it gives you a different view on the landscape. Our guide Chi was great, clear, and allowed us to skip a few of the less interesting bits so that we could beat the crowds in most cases and rather spend more time sharing his stories and knowledge and answering our questions. It was very informative and sobering.
Very nice tour provider. Everything organized perfect. Pick up and schedule on time without any complications.
