  Excellent catamaran trip which fully merited its VIP title. Beautiful boat with lots of space and high quality interior. Super-friendly and attentive staff, with lots of information. The food snacks were high quality and delicious. We saw a large number of feeding dolphins close to the boat. We would highly recommend this company.

  Our three hour trip was fantastic. We’d been on the experience before, and it was just as excellent as we remembered. The crew were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We were so lucky to see a large pod of pilot whales very close up (swimming alongside the boat), with some babies. And, most impressively, we saw 2 sperm whales really up close ( 2 separate occasions). What beautiful creatures. Drinks were plentiful, and snacks delightful. Lots of space in the boat (only 16 of us) and trip was finished off by a gorgeous swim off of the back of the boat. Perfect.

  2pm to 5 pm it was awesome experience we saw the pilot dolphins and With free snacks and drink, rose wine, hot tea, coffee, madeira wine and pastel. Awesome and fun to be with the screws after dolphin we ducked at santa cruz area and we did swam there.The water was 18 degrees super 👍 recommended. After we have 15 percent discount to their Massage Partners Spa. "Madeira Massage Therapies Hotel and Home Services.Instead of 75 euros for the full body Massage we pay only 50 euros for 1 hour full body massage Deep Tissue with swedish combination we book at 9:OOPM it was great experience my stiff neck was gone and kegs cramps . VIP dolphin watching recommend and the Madeira Massage Therapies Hotel and Home Services highly recommended. The are good match things to do!

  Many thanks to Nico and the crew for a wonderful morning trip where we got to see both pilot whales and dolphins. We were rescheduled from 2 days earlier, due to the poor weather, but re-arranging was straightforward and we got plenty of notice. On the day we did get to go out, the crew went out of the way to make sure that we felt at home, that we always had food and drink whenever we needed, and to help explain what we were seeing. We also appreciated that the boat never felt overcrowded and there was plenty of seating. Unlike some of the other operators which looked crammed full of passengers. So, yes you're paying more, but we thought that it was worth it. A bonus was that one of the crew went around to take photos not just of the sea life but also of us.

  We really enjoyed this trip. The crew were very friendly, the snacks were varied and delicious and the drinks kept flowing. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and pilot whales which was wonderful. With time for a dip in the sea it was a great experience overall.

  We decided we were happy to pay a little extra for this VIP experience and we were not disappointed. Nick Liv and Sheila were absolutely amazing hosts and tended to our every need with local food and drinks. They were all knowledgable about the area and the wildlife but most importantly respectful of the animals. The Catamaran was a perfect size and had great facilities. Most importantly we were quickly taken to an area where were able to see a large pod of dolphins and a large pod of Pilot Whales all in the same area. They came right up to the boat at one point. Thank you team VIPDolphin this was a fantastic and enjoyable experience.

  Had a great trip the crew and captain were very friendly and knowledgeable, we managed to see a lot of whales and dolphins really close up and also a lot of drinks and canapés throughout the trip.

  Excellent trip, friendly and knowledgeable crew. Don’t expect an entirely smooth sail, can be a bit rough! Saw dolphins and pilot whale. Skipper able to answer all our questions
