Viper is the only tour fast enough to get you to the hero destinations all in one day! No other tour can have you snorkelling on the outer Great Barrier Reef, doing the Hill Inlet bushwalk, and relaxing on Whitehaven Beach itself, in just a single day.
Our Marine Biologist on board conducts a guided snorkel safari on the reef for those who are interested. The spacious swim platform and in-water stairs make getting in and out of the water easy.
Our Rolls Royce jets offer comfortable but fast cruising speeds of around 36 knots, with very little environmental impact.
Due to the speed and manoeuvrability of the boat, all passengers MUST be 130cm or taller to ride.
**This tour is NOT suitable for anyone with a mobility impairment, back/neck/spine complaints, or those unable to walk unassisted. If you hesitated at any of these conditions, please call us to discuss how we can help you enjoy the Viper experience**

Hill Inlet
Enjoy the amazing views of Hill Inlet and Whitehaven Beach from the lookout walk.
Whitehaven Beach
Spend time relaxing and exploring the southern end of Whitehaven Beach and the pure white silica sands. Swim, play, relax, try another bushwalk

There is no alcohol sold on Viper. Guests may bring a couple of cans if desired, no glass, no drinking before snorkelling, drinking while underway is not advised. Guest to look after their own drinks.

5.00We fully enjoyed our tour with Viper. This is the only tour (not sure whether it is the only one, but it is the only one among the ones I looked at) that takes you to the outer greater barrier reef for snorkelling. The underwater view was magnificent despite my minimal snorkelling skill. We went on a cloudy day. The views from the lookout and Whitehaven beach were still amazing.

5.00What an Amazing Experience! This is far one of the best tour companies around. I’m a strong closed water swimmer but open water has always been a challenge. This group made me feel safe, comfortable and as if by a miracle I was snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef! I’d never thought I’d get over this fear. This is the only tour that covers all you should see at the Whitsundays all in one day!!! I’d recommend this tour to everyone. DO NOT miss out!

5.00All very punctual. The staff is very professional and friendly. The tour is very well organized and the times are very relevant. The places you visit are amazing! The speed boat is super fun. Super recommended. With them you visit an outer reef that I consider is a better option than inner reef. Thank you to the crew for your company and care.

5.00Amazing experience with Viper! The staff were great, super friendly, and took time to talk about wildlife on the reef. The trip ticked all the boxes taking us to all the iconic spots. A lovely lunch was provided before the highlight of the trip, snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef! We even saw turtles! Would highly recommend this day to anyone visiting the area.

5.00Incredible! All the best bits in one day. Snorkelled the Great Barrier Reef with turtles, walked along Whitehaven Beach and took in the stunning views of Hill Inlet’s iconic sand patterns. The staff team were fabulous and lunch was tasty. Couldn’t recommend more.
