You will get an unique opportunity to visit the World's largest winery in the world - Milestii Mici Winery, founded in 1969 for small storing, maturing and preserving high quality wines. Underground tunnels with a length of 200 km are dug in layers of limestone rocks at depths between 35 and 80 meters. It represents an unique underground city, well-known all over the world by its huge labyrinths of streets and also biggest wine collection in the world.
Another important tourist sight is Manuc Bei mansion, located in Hâncești town. Built at the beginning of the 19th century, in 1816. The project was realized by the famous Italian architect Bernardazzi. The so-called “Moldovan Versailles” palace respects the style of French classicism. We'll visit the hunting Castle, the Natural History and Ethnography Museum and The Manuc Bei Mansion.

What To Expect
Milestii Mici
Our accredited guide will help you to visit the largest winery in the world - over 200 km underground tunnels. Our country holds a rich tradition in winemaking dating back thousands of years and Milestii Mici represents a good example of Moldavian wine heritage. You will have a 1,5 hour tour, that includes excursion in Milestii Mici underground city and wine tasting (3 types of wines, different kinds of Bruschetta, water).
Manuc Bey
We will visit Manuc Bei Mansion that is located in Hincesti Town at a distance of 36 km from Chisinau. The tour lasts about 45 minutes. The tourists will discover the Manuc Bei Architectural Historic Complex, visit the Museum of History and Ethnography, the Manuc Bei Palace, an underground tunnel, the Hunting Castle. There is also a wine shop, where you can buy a bottle of sparkling wine or a wine prepared by Hincesti Winery.

5.00I had a great trip on the Manuc Bei and Milestii Mici tour. My tour guide Slava was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about Moldovan history and culture. Finishing up at Milestii Mici for the wine tour and tasting was a perfect end to the day and Slava even dropped me at the airport close by afterwards for my flight. 100% recommend this trip if you are looking for an insight into Moldovan history and like a glass of wine!

5.00Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable, and the tour at Milestii mici is a not-to-be missed activity. The cellar and tasting room are impressive. You’ll train/walk around the cellar for about 40 minutes then end with a sit down wine tasting with three wines and a meat/cheese plate.

5.00Fantastic half-day tour. I like very much that I was given two options to start: early at 8:05am and later after 10:00 am. My guide Ecaterina was knowledgeable, polite, smiling and friendly. She stopped anywhere I wanted to take pictures and make the tour smooth and enjoyable. Winery visit was a delight: tour, tasting, music. Food during tasting was rather light lunch than snacks. Nice! Recommend for everybody.

5.00🇬🇧 Well organised- everything worked a promised. Pick up right on time in front of my hotel, then direct drive to the Manuc- Bey- Complex, then Lunch break and after that the final drive to Mileştii Mici. All guides explained everything well and there was enough time for own questions and fotos. After a happy wine- tasting (+free gift) with music & other tourists Guide Slava drove me back to my hotel in Chisinau. Many Thanks for the experience! 🇩🇪 Gut organisierte Tour in Chisinaus Umgebung. Pünktliche Abholung am Hotel, Fahrt zum Manuc- Bey- Komplex in Hîncești. Danach Mittagspause in der Stadt, anschließend zum Mileştii- Mici- Weingut. Fahrt + Führung durch die Anlage, zum Ausklang Weinverkostung mit musikalischer Begleitung & anderen Touristengruppen. Transfer zurück zum Hotel- Danke für den erlebnisreichen Tag!
