Loved it. Jorge was a great guide. Somewhat rigorous. Descend several 100 meters down dirt path, wooden step and metal ladders—roped in with harness, ascenders, helmet, headlamps, and knee pads. On reaching bottom, some bouldering to reach a smaller cave. Guide explains where to step and watches everyone. I’m an experienced climber but other two in my group were not and they did fine. Jorge took individual and group photos of us at key points and airdropped them to us. Company very responsive to messages with questions. Awesome experience.

I booked this for my family because my kids (15 and 16) and husband are pretty adventurous. Me, not so much but I knew they would enjoy it. Our guide picked us up at our hotel right on time. It was not a long drive. Our guide got all of our safety equipment on. He gave a good explanation of the area. Then we started the climb into the cave. Even thought I’m scared of heights and enclosed spaces and a lot of other things, our guide made me feel as safe as possible. He took fantastic pictures of us which was much appreciated. My family had so much fun and I did not freak out (victory for me). In other caves we have explored in other parts of the world, the caves were usually very cold but that was not the case here. It was pretty warm in there! I had forced everyone to pack extra layers for this which were not needed at all.

Such a unique experience. Jorge was a great guide, took great photos and was super knowledgeable about the area! Turned out I was the only one schedule for the morning tour and they still took me as planned. Many companies would have canceled.

This was a great and very unique experience but very strenuous. Make sure you wear pants and be prepared to get dirty. Jorge was an amazing tour guide! Would definitely recommend.
