What To Expect
Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
Travelers will take of from Hilo Airport where they will fly directly to the volcanoes national park. Along the way they will see orchid farms and lush native forest that are in large part only found on big island. The volcanoes national park gives breathtaking views of lava flows both old and new.

5.00It was a great tour. The volcano wasn’t as active as we had hoped but the pilot, Andrew, did a great job describing what we were seeing along with giving a description and history of everything we saw from the volcano to the waterfalls. He also answered any and all questions.

5.00From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great kindness and professionalism. They explained all the safety rules clearly, which made us feel very comfortable and secure. During the flight, the pilot explained each area we were flying over, which made the experience even more special. We were able to enjoy absolutely beautiful views. It was an unforgettable experience and highly recommended.

3.00We were scheduled for the Volcano National Parks Helicopter Tour, but due to the volcano recently erupting, we were not able to fly over the volcano. Not very scenic. Lots of lava rock.

5.00Jim, our pilot, was amazing! He gave us so much information and really made the experience special! The weather was perfect, views were breathtaking! Grounds crew Cookie and Katrina kept us safe and took really memorable photos with the helicopter after we landed. When visiting Big Island this is a must for anyone's itinerary!

1.00Got off cruise. Took taxi to office. When we got there told had to cancel because of "maintenance". Of course too late for us to book anyone else since they didn't tell us until this morning. My advice is book company that won't cancel like this. I understand weather issues but maintenance? Really? Use a different company.

5.00Drew was knowledgeable and kept the flight entertaining. Saw the calderas with gasses rising. Saw some waterfalls and a golden Buddha.
Spectacular views, but no volcano

3.00The staff and pilot were professional and knowledgeable. For safety reasons, viewing of the volcano was not possible so I was offered a refund, rebooking or taking alternative route over spectacular coastlines and waterfalls. Initially, there were 6 people, but 2 decided to rebook so 4 people took the flight. A husband and wife squeezed into the front seat next to the pilot with view out the front windshield and side door. I sat in the back with a view out the backside window as did the fourth passenger. If passenger list remained at 6, then 2 people would have been stuck in the middle of the back seat with an obscured view. That would have been a disappointing flight.
