You can learn how to make ``Nerikiri,'' which is one of the most delicate and beautiful Japanese sweets and is popular. Only Yuki can teach you in Sapporo. 5.00Love the fact, Yuki drove us from and to the subway station. She gave us a recipe. Everything was already made. All we had to do was make the design. It was very delicate and very interesting. I never used my left hand for pastries, so this was something different. Wagashi Pastry was tasty. I ate it for breakfast today. We were hoping to have a history on the Wagashi Pastry. We also wanted to mix the pastry as well. It was a very quiet and relaxing class. All our pastries came out cute. Thank you, Yuki! If we do the class again. Making the Sakura flower design would be really fun.

5.00What a great experience! With clear communication from the very beginning and prompt support when we were standing at the wrong corner for pickup, Yuki was great to work with! After a lovely cup of tea and some friendly conversation we got started on the delicate Wagashi making. Yuki had prepared very clear instructions for us to take home with us and was an excellent teacher. Her English skills are strong and what words she didn't have she could use actions to show the next step. I am failry clumsy and lack much artistic talent but the instructions were clear and under a masters guidance the process was easy! My wife is much more artistic than I am and also had a great time making the Wagashi. At the end, we had four beautiful and delicious sweets to take back to the hotel. 5 stars!

5.00Yuki-san is a wonderful teacher! Her instructions made the activity enjoyable and fun. We were lucky that she was able to pick us up from the train station. There was even another group with us, but the conversation was easy. Yuki made it so even somebody with clumsy fingers like myself could make something wonderful.
Unique and wonderful experience to the making of Wagashi sweets.

5.00Yuki-san was very thoughtful to picking us up personally at the Makomanai station to the Wagashi sweets class. She conducted the class with very meticulous steps. My wife, my son and myself had a wonderful experience to making these traditional sweets. Truly a unique experience for us all! Highly recommend for all to try.

5.00This has been such a cute and lovely and homey experience. I loved everything about it. Yuki-san was kind enough to pick me up from the station. It's a bit far 😅. The drive to her place was through breathtaking mountainous region. Hokkaido truly is beautiful. She has a lovely home and an adorable and beautiful cat. I was the only guest since I booked at beginning of October. Most guest are usually in winter time. Yuki-san walked me through every step of the wagashi making process with patience and elegance. It was easy to follow and a very fun process. I loved how it demystified the process for me. Later on my trip I bought the wagashi making tools to try it myself back home. Thank you for the wonderful class Yuki-san
