First and foremost - this INCLUDES a ferry ticket. BUT, you have to go to the Fullers360 office and get your ticket. You can't go straight to the ferry. Also, the hop on/hop off bus is great and the operators are very friendly and helpful. The time will say 12AM, but that's only because the bus and ferrys run most of the day. Make sure you look at the last time the bus runs and the ferry runs, or you could get stuck. Docking this review a star for just how bad the description of this ticket actually is on Viator. We had to scour the comments for answers.

A mapped route along the main wine estates with several stops, blissful comments from the young guides who give a lot of information about the island and never waited long for the next bus to the next stop, top organization

Easy combined ferry and island tour, note it only covers the western end of the island. Easy to hop on/off but if you have specific places in mind tapping on/off the local busses maybe cheaper, though you miss the commentary

Nice experience. The bus has plenty of stops and the people on the bus are cheerful and tell a fun and original story. The bus connects nicely to the boat, so you don't have to wait too long. It is useful to buy a combi-ticket in advance.

The driver of today's 137 is nasty and dangerous. We didn't have time to look at the surroundings properly. They even missed stops.

A beautiful activity to do with family. The spots are amazing. Lunch at Charly Farlzy’s was just divine. The service at the top. A place by the sea. Large beach. Just perfect! To be done again. * Have a minimum knowledge of English and the theme of vines.

Booked and paid for our tickets online, 23rd Dec 2025. Excited, Tuesday 30th Dec, we headed to Auckland wharf. Stood in a long line at 8:40am, got to the front, scanned our tickets, “invalid”.. We couldn’t hop on the boat. What the… They held the boat for us while I ran to the ticket booth to purchase two more tickets at the wharf. I wasn’t going to let my 10 year old son down. We were the last people to board.

The buses were often overcrowded and travelers had to wait for the next bus. The last bus left too early from stop 15 so we had to take the local bus.

Terrible capacity planning. How can the company advertise with a double decker premium tourist bus when they sent the smallest shuttle bus during the peak holiday season service?! I couldn’t get onto the bus twice in one day. NO empathy from the staff too, just tells you to either wait for another bus which is 20 mins again, or call a private taxi. Total waste of money to charge as a premium tourist bus but run as a public bus service leaving people behind once the small bus is full!
