And, this all takes place on beautiful Waiheke Island, just 35 minutes by ferry from downtown Auckland.

What To Expect
Enjoy a unique, nature-based wellbeing experience. Perfect for corporate or incentive groups of at least 4 people, this sensory walk can be tailored to the needs of the group and around the themes of your meeting, retreat or team session. Our accredited nature and forest therapy guide will lead your group through a series of invitations to deliberately slow down, and to become present and mindful, while gently walking in a beautiful location. We will conclude with a tea ceremony to integrate the experience. Gabrielle Young, has over 25 years experience facilitating leadership and team development in New Zealand and internationally. More recently, she has developed and taught a wellbeing programme in organisations designed to help employees enhance their own wellbeing and develop their resilience. She is an internationally accredited (ANFT) nature and forest therapy guide.

5.00A break from the hustle and bustle of Auckland City was exactly what our team needed and Gabrielle's guided walk provided exactly that. Her knowledge about flora and fauna and Waiheke's history was extensive and her passion for the environment was clearly evident. We were lucky enough to have stunning weather which made the walk along the coast and through the bush extra special. The walk was a great length and we finished up in Oneroa for an incredible lunch at Fenice - a truly fantastic day. I would highly recommend it!

5.00Connecting with nature, sounds of nature, smells of nature, totally with myself, gentleness, calmness, bliss - my first experience of Forest Bathing. Time in Waiheke bush with gentle guidance from Gabrielle Nature Forest Therapy Guide. I had no expectations, time stood still, my world stopped, finishing with a Japanese tea ceremony. Brilliant. I look forward to joining Gabrielle to repeat this walk and encourage others to join me. Thank you for an unexpected afternoon of enlightenment.
