All parasail flights are Tandem or Triple. Single flyers will be paired with another person at the captain's discretion.

Parasail tour is 1 hour on a shared boat ride. Parasail flight time is up to 8 minutes.

1.00The experience was awesome with the crew from the boat. But we got double charged twice from the front cashier when we get there and viator thru bookin. The cashier was telling us that we are only be there as an observer. Which when we booked on viator we paid the amount for parasailing. So the cashier told us to charged us for the actual parasailing and if we cancel it we will never get the refund since we book thru third party which is ridiculous. We asked if we can pay the difference but the cashier that day told us we have to pay the full amoubt instead since we book thru the Viator and he cant do anything about it. This happened on Jan 28, 2026. Be careful when booking with Viator or third party. Make sure that you book it correctly and not be scam when you get there and tell you you are only observer. Its better to actually go to the place to book it instead on booking thru third party. I dont recommend this place try to find a better one. Since We got charged double its not worth it. I suggest to try other place. To get the full experience and not get scam from it.

5.00Very professional and the team had great vibes, really enjoyed the music on the boat. It was a bit windy the day we went, but nevertheless, it was a great experience. Also, the view was incredible of Honolulu and Diamond head. Loved the energy from the lady in the booth, very friendly and informative. About other excursions that we could do around that area. Very pleased with the overall experience would definitely recommend as a first time para seller. I had a blast.
