All parasail flights are Tandem or Triple. Single flyers will be paired with another person at the captain's discretion.

If you want to ride on the boat and NOT parasail, you must purchase an observer ticket

No refunds will be issued for any last minute downgrades that occur on the boat.

Parasail tour is 1 hour on a shared boat ride. Parasail flight time is up to 8 minutes.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We had a great experience and fun with Sundance and Kyle. We went with our 9 and 12 year old kids and they made it super fun experience for them and made our first parasailing experience super memorable and fun

Awesome experience with an amazing crew Sundance and Dawson were entertaining while dealing with the challenges sea, wind and passengers. Read the fine print as there are extra fuel charges assessed at check-in.

Marty and James took great care of us on our first, but certainly not last parasailing adventure. Great personalities, and did a great job instructing us for safety. We had a wonderful experience.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever done. Totally worth it! I did this for my nanny who is 81 and has dementia. This was on her bucket list. To go to Hawaii and to parasail. So I killed 2 birds one stone. Def bring cash!

Wish the time in the air had been a bit longer, but otherwise it was a fantastic experience! The guides were professional, funny, and made the whole vibe really enjoyable. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is because of the extra fee payable on the day – I had assumed everything was covered in the original payment through the site. It was about $8 per person, which adds up when you’ve got a group (we had 13 of us). It would be great if the booking site made it clear upfront when additional per-person costs apply, and what those fees actually are, rather than just listing it as a generic tick box.
