5.00Everyone in my family was extremely pleased with the experience of the Rock-A-Hula luau! Everyone was so very kind, friendly and helpful and still managed to be joyful and fun! The show was entertaining and professional and the talent and skill of the performers was next level! I appreciated the modernization while keeping the traditional story and performance of the hula and Hawaii prominent and meaningful.

5.00I’ve always wanted to see an Elvis impersonator but this was so much more. It was a Lua under cover which was perfect for a rainy day. The complex itself is like a botanical garden with shopping inside. And the staff during the meal gave true Aloha. The dancers had many costume changes like a Vegas show. Elvis’ voice was beautiful and Michael’s moves had everyone dancing. 🕺 one of the singers was Ms Hawaii! And they did songs from films too! The fire dancers ended the show by taking our breath away! It was everything I had hoped for. It took you through the history of Hawaii which is what I wanted - a retro show under cover on a rainy day!

1.00Prior to arrival I had requested a birthday cake and it costed me almost 60 dollars. Once I showed up, they gave me a paper and told me to give it to my server because obviously it’s a surprise. Eventually after sitting down I gave him the paper and he totally forgot to give the cake. In fact, he announced it in front of the birthday girl and asked “when did we want the cake to be brought out?” and apologized. I was shocked and paused because I wasn’t expecting a surprise birthday cake to be announced in front of the birthday girl. We came all the way from NYC for this lame service. When he came with the cake, he literally just left it on the table. He was so awkward. Does he not know where he works? Should’ve shown some enthusiasm!!! Don’t waste your money here. They need to remind the servers that protocols matter! What was the point of even giving me that paper for the server to read to begin with? -S.C

5.00I did the complete experience of Waikiki Luau and Rock-A-Hula in Oahu and it was simply wonderful! The Hawaiian dinner is amazing, with baked meats, pork, typical desserts and ice cream to assemble the way you want. The hula-hula class is fun and connects us to the local culture, and the Rock-A-Hula show is a unique show, with tribute to Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, Hawaiian dance and plenty of energy. The meeting point and the theater are in the Royal Hawaiian Center, super central and comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a full scenario of culture, gastronomy and entertainment in Hawaii!
