The luau was set in an upscale location, and the overall production value was top-notch. The impersonators were incredibly accurate, and the fire dancer was hands-down the best I’ve ever seen. The singers, dancers, and live band complemented the evening nicely. We enjoyed the buffet, especially the prime rib and pork. The hula performances and ukulele player made the experience more personable.

This is a covered venue if there is rain. This show was wonderful. Great experience. The Elvis & Michael Jackson impersonators were really entertaining. The fire dancers were excellent. We had such a good time. As far as the buffet, it was ok. You just need to try a little bit of everything . We ended up parking in the Royal Hawaiian parking lot for the mall. It was cheaper. Make sure to take your parking ticket in with you so they can validate your ticket. It saves a little money. If you are within walking distance of the show, I suggest walking if it isn't raining. The people working there was great and helpful. They also did a beginners lesson on how to Hula

I want to start out and say that the show, and the food were amazing. However, as a disabled vet, who can't stand for more than 10 minutes without being in pain, and then getting light headed or dizzy. I require minimal accommodations, like nearby seating. When I asked if there was somewhere to sit to the woman at the ticket booth, she seemed to brush me off. I just needed a chair, she told me to go ask someone else, for some reason she couldn't take a moment to ask the staff for me to find me a chair or somewhere near to sit. What I don't get is there is seating all around on other floors, but for some reason, nothing in the area where we have to wait to be called to our table. It ruined my mood, and the experience overall. Not what I hoped with respect to service for my 50th birthday. That said, after I sat down at the table the experience was exceptional. The dancers and singers were phenomenal. The food was terrific, and the cake we ordered for my birthday was exceptional. If the staff/ownership can take anything from this review, is to take requests from disabled customers seriously. It is rare that we get out at all must less a once in a lifetime experience to have it ruined by a staff member with the lack of empathy or emotional intelligence for people who need reasonable accommodations while waiting to be seated. I came with a party of 5, paid over $600 and felt like I was a bother.
